The irony is the bugs come off the ceramic much easier than the PPF on the Leading Edge. It’s softer and the bugs stick into it and bees will actually stain it yellow for a period of months. It helps abrasion from rain, ice and sand better, but I’m undecided if I would ever do it again.
Really nice! This is on my list too. Who did it and what did they charge (it's a lot of work!)? Also did you put the film on the leading edge? Hard to tell in the video.
Thanks! Expel liner on leading edges and under the doors was $900. Detail, Polish and Ceramic Coat (7-year) was $3,800. It seemed high but it took 2 guys about 15 hours. I'm very pleased with it. It stays cleaner longer now and it's very easy to clean. I have the guys contact info that did the Expel liner and Sapphire Auto Spa did the Ceramic Coat.
Looks great all clean and shined up!
Thanks! Let's see how long that lasts! 😂

I'm learning as I go but yes, you are right. The bugs kinda stick to the PPF. I have almost 20 hours on the ceramic coat and it's amazing!
Sure is a pretty machine!❤
Thank you!
How do y'all like the CS prop set up?
It's a ground adjustable prop. I need an adjust it again to get the full 2700 rpm's. I think I'm getting around 2590 max right now.

@@DadandChad That's actually better than I was expecting. If you look at the surface area of a plane vs a car, there's a lot more to cover.
Very true. I think they said it was equivalent to, 2-Chevy Suburbans in surface area.
