HOW TO USE
While listening to this sound alchemy session, please visualise the targeted person or entity you would like to disconnect from and harness the intent of disconnecting from them, you can do this many ways (whatever is best for you) but we suggest visualising their aura or soul as a glowing figure (colour defined by you) slowly shape-shift the glowing figure into a rope like shape, start pulling on the rope using one hand at the bottom of the rope, keep tugging until you feel an energetic resistance. Once resistance is felt give it several strong pulls using your etheric energy until the rope snaps away from the targeted person and your hand lets go of the rope. Once this is felt continue to mediate and visualise a life living without that person in complete peace and happiness.

This took me through quick flashes of memories. The best and worst with Narc. Tears came n I said leave me alone.. go away. It was like I was taking back every tie he has to me in each memory. I know he’s trying to manifest me back just to see if he can to restore control and use me for a quick high. I can feel him on me, intrusive thoughts, exhaustion etc. I’m nearing the end of my healing journey with him n I’m sure he feels he is losing me.. that’s why the pull. I send back all negative positive or otherwise energies back to him and universe to sort out. They can no longer enter my energy or mind. You have no power over me any longer.

I'm cutting the cords of former narcissistic abuse and the shadows and scars and possible attachments that have formed (via trauma bonding).
I've spent so much time and energy and money one way or another in paying attention to others who were not worthy or appreciative and I'm done. I'm finished with being drained and feeling drained and allowing others to hoover me back in to use as supply
From now on I keep what is mine to myself to nourish and support and nurture myself because as it turned out I needed what I gave to others. Now I call it all back to myself.

This meditation made me realize that cutting the cord was more about forgiving myself for the hurt this relationship caused others (eg kids) - more so than me wanting / needing to let go of a failed relationship. Dig deeper - there’s always more to the “why we hold on” than we originally think. Thank you - my anxiety is less after this (had to listen multiple times)
