I agree with the other commenter that your intent will program this tool. you can just see it as dissolving any negative energy coming at you (including other people thinking badly about you still acts as a curse if they have a lot of negative emotion fueling their negative thoughts).

you can see this as returning to sender. I've realized this last 2 yrs that this can be a useful approach sometimes in circumstances when the sender keeps sending and i'm feeling my aura weakened. As i build my heart light and aura maybe i can just dissolve under option #1, but for now i politely hand them back their poo -- because otherwise they won't learn. i don't add any 3x or whatever because then I AM sending my own ill intent which exceeds RTS imho. i feel that is between that person and god how their thoughts, words, and actions will be nagnified back at them. So for RTS I just think in my mind,

Feeling like i have shared pieces of glass embedded in my shoulder blade area, and my cervical spine. Now the pain radiates through my hands, my lumbar spine area, 😢its a sharp ugly pain. Now the pain radiates through my knees, femur bone on both legs, i can feelt my left ankle crack. Pain struck on my right patellar tendon. My left side almost healed. The pain on my right aide of my left leg slowly disappearing. No more pain on my left side of my body. No more pain on my right side as well. Body relaxed.
