I think 0:42 is around as “normal” as this pedal gets 😅 to be honest I’d use it! It sounds like a muff, but it’s middy and not bottom end heavy like one. Should cut nicely through a mix (;
If it sounds nothing like the tones you hear in this video with the Saueeze knob turned all the way up probably your pedal is faulty but I don’t know.. Can you get a replacement?
@@manualofalternativemusic It kinda sounds like its clipping/breaking up in the video. I had the original Cüvavé / m-vave and that wasn't as bad sounding as this Irin pedal.
@@manualofalternativemusic The original first cüvavé I have didn't sound anything like the irin in this video. It sounds like sometimes sounds aren't coming through and cutting it off. The original cüvavé is more fluently velcro fuzz. I'm judging you personally, I'm just telling you what I heard in the video. Maybe my phrasing wasn't pretty about saying it was bad sounding. It sounds like it breaks up/cuts off sound. If u like that, it's your pedal. I just don't like it. I need that fuzzy blanket later all the time in my music. 😉
The w m fuzz was meant for bass as far as I’m concerned, and this is the same design as the Mooer fog fuzz, so.. that’s why I concluded it. Not sure though
@@manualofalternativemusic not totally same design, different resistors and capacitors to change the low cut into low pass and the gate, so that it resonates better on , low and mid frequencies, as far as i can see ...
How about a normal fuzz sound from this pedal?

I wonder if my squeeze control is broken, I get like a clipped and distorted sound when turned up

It actually sounds that way bro 😅 pretty blown up kind of sound right? I always double check if I’m clipping the signal when recording (:

Up shoegazing so hard right now.
Glad you enjoyed it bro 😎
Just grabbed one for 15 bucks on AliExpress lol
Hope you like it! Awesome fuzz hehe
Aww yeah that's the good stuff
😌🤘
That golden fuzz pedal is mend for bass, so not a clone of any mammoth version …

That’s nice to know bro, thanks for sharing 😅 circuit designs and electronics are definitely not my ballpark
Tabs?
It’s a song I’m currently working on with my band (: I’ll comment when it’s released hehe
