So in this video I’ve got my rc10 B2 all prepped and ready for some vintage racing so let’s give it a shakedown and a blast before it goes racing properly.
Here’s the video for the RC10B2 when i originally got it and showed it on the channel: • E147: I’ve Got My Hand... - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Wow, for a vintage buggy that RC10 B2 runs really well, and is pretty quick with that motor! Great running video mate, really enjoyed it!!
Cheers Barry glad you liked it , pretty pleased with it and seems to run pretty well. Was great to drive at the rc club last Wednesday ;) cheers
My best friend had an RC10 back in the day. It was certainly the car everyone wanted if they really wanted a true competition machine. Looks great!
Hiya, yes AE made some awesome race buggy’s I like them all up until the rc10 B4 after that I’m not very keen on them . Thanks for watching
Great buggy and it looks really good out there ripping around! I am sure it will do very well on the track! Thanks for sharing!
Cheers Addam thank you , yes it went well on track and got quicker every round taking class win in the night , but in a way it was more bun blasting it about in the open
Looks tidy Andy. That goes really well and looks like it handles nice! Love these retro racers 👍🏻🙌🏻
Hiya the rc10 B2/B3’s were some of the best handling buggy’s at the time , still drive great today :) love them. Thank you for watching
Sweeeeeeeet, thank for the look and entertainment. Have a top weekend.
Thanks for watching ad always , my pleasure and I’m glad you enjoyed it
Oh, man, that's a smooth buggy, except for that right wheel, though, ha ha! It's very nice, I'm only just learning what is what on these Associated buggies. I really like the body shape on this one!
And lots of power on it, too! I have a brushed 17 turn motor also, but I'm not sure I dare to use it, I tried it twice and both time the ESC appears to be dead after a short run, damn...
Anyway, have a great weekend there!
Ha ha , yes that’s right, the wheel really showed up on the video, oops 😬 motor isn’t to bad either, good for a budget one, and I im gonna gear it down for inside racing
cool rc and great run, awesome video
Thank you , it was really nice to throw it around just needed to be a little softer on the front end. Glad you liked it 👍
Nice car! Doing it properly with a brushed motor, lol. Think the RC10's are great. Probably give a lot of modern 2wd buggy's a hard time around the track.
Thank you , I raced this in vintage class the day after I filmed the video and in comparable times I would have finished 3/4 in the modern buggy A final , so in the right conditions they can still hassle modern cars ;) many thanks , and yes it’s got to be brushed ;)
Old buggies look so much better than what we have today. Sad.
I definitely agree with that one ! ;)
What the hell? I had to look back and see when this video was put out when I seen that remote and those pants that looks like they where made for a 7ft tall person. I don't know how tall u r Mr Robinson. And I'm scared to guess how many times u have them rolled up. But cool car and video👍
Many thanks Brian, I’m only 5ft7 I like a lot of rockabilly etc hence the turned up jeans ;) glad you liked the video , car drives really nicely ;)
Hey Andy, are you a bit of a mod, just asking cause of the gear you wear ??? lol 😝. That’s a niiiiiiiiiiice RC10 man, i started my racing career with the original gold chassis RC10,, it was head and shoulders above everything else at the track.
Hiya Mikey, I like quite a bit of different alternative music including Rockabilly, psychobilly and 50’s music. Cheers I do like my rc10s especially the B2/3’s but all the early ones really . Thanks for watching and messaging
I would go up a tooth or two on the pinion just too get a little bit more speed on the straights but otherwise looks good too go besides the wheel bearing there.
Cheers , to be honest it needs to go down a tooth as where I race it, it’s a small ish track indoors , so I need the acceleration and to keep the motor cool. Many thanks though :)
