      You have any insurance? Some policies cover glass breakage and installation.

    I think the gap between the bed and cab is just fine, especially if the alternative is to move the rear axle.
    It's really coming together.

    Looks like a hockey puck under the cab would bring it up enough. Gonna be a sweet rig!

    I absolutely love seeing all those really old trucks during your drive leaving the junk yard. I could spend literally hours walking around looking at each one of these old trucks. Glad you found a replacement hatch back glass w/defrost for your 87' Pontiac. I worry that if mine ever busts it will be next to impossible to find a replacement. Thanks for posting.

    The gap might look better when you raise the body better in line. Looks cool with a bed.

    Line up the bed line with the doors to make it look perfect. The distance between cab and box is perfect.

    Cab to bed spacing is good. Just like all old trucks.

    That rear window was cool but I always thought very fragile!

    Hi mate , this might be just me but have you thought about whether you might have a couple of blind spots with the centre pillar on the side and the back corner of the cab . Have you thought about a bigger back window or some corner windows . This is just me thinking out aloud through you online . Please feel free to tell me to pull my head in if you you don't like my thoughts mate . Please keep the content coming and any other good jobs to come as it is good to see and hear you explain what you are doing as you go along and not just waffling on for content .

    The gap is perfect between the bed and cab you’ll need to take into account the flexing that’s going to occur as you’re driving. If anything the passenger cab would need to come up a little. Catch you on the next one.

    I have 3/4 space between the cab and bed.

      Is that like a single cab factory cab and bed on a factory frame

    • @teamoa8761
      @teamoa8761 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@chopshopart It is a single cab but i put it in a 2004 trailblazer frame check it out on my channel. but i measured the gap before i took it apart and it was 3/4 on a 4x4 because of twist I think i would go about 1 inch. it might sound tight but when you get it there plenty of room.

    In 62 the bed was a flat piece ofsheet metal looked like box with a round pipe at the top front to back and the tail gate had a pin through 2 eyes
