    LESSON 53
Good day attorney Jeffrey Bajita!! Thank you for the wise discussion
about the BATAS SA PARENTAL ADVICE SA KASAL.
According to Article 17 as general rule, parental advice is needed when the bride is aged 22-24. The marriage can continue if you apply for a marriage license. When the age is under 17, with or without consent can not get married. When the age is 18 to 21, parental consent will enter. When the age is 22-24, this is where parental advice comes in.

Good Day, Attorney! I understand that when a bride is between the ages of 22 and 24, it is generally necessary to seek parental guidance. You can keep the marriage going if you apply for a marriage license. If you are under the age of 17, you are not allowed to marry with or without authorization. The family code particularly says in article 17 that parental advice is needed when the age of the bride's child is 22 to 24, so the possible legal procedure is when he/she applies for a marriage license and what they will put there in their application that her parents do not want her to give parental advice, once it is submitted they will be given three months to approve their marriage license and then they can get married.

    Family Code on Parental Advice.
The clause on parental guidance is included in Article 15 of the Family Code. Any contracting party between the ages of twenty-one and twenty-five must obtain advice on the intended marriage from their parents or guardians.
The age of the contracting parties to a marriage is the most significant distinction. It's not possible to utilize it interchangeably. You must have parental approval if you are under the age of 21 but not under the age of 18. You should seek parental counsel if you are between the ages of 21 and 25.

    Lesson #17
Batas Sa Pagpapakasal Kapag Tutol Ang Mga Magulang
Pwede bang magpakasal kahit walang parental advice? Ano po ang dapat gawin?
It is critical to remember that marriage is not a straightforward process. It necessitates a lot of thought, thus it's something that should be treated seriously.
Parental approval is required for offspring aged 18 to 21, and parental clearance is required for offspring aged 22 to 24 years old, according to our Family Code, notably Article 17. The person that is causing the issue is 24 years old. As a result, she is compelled to respect the law when it comes to permission. If the parents refuse to provide their consent but the children still wish to marry, they can apply for and obtain a marriage license.
The fact that the parents do not wish to approve the marriage should be noted on the application. After completing all of the requirements for obtaining a marriage license, the couple must wait three months for the license to be issued before marrying.
    Note:
With or without consent, people under the age of 17 are not allowed to marry.

Lesson 53.BATAS SA PAGKPAPAKASAL KAPAG TUTOL ANG MGA MAGULANG

    LESSON 53
Good Morning and Good Day Atty.Bajita
Pwede bang magpakasal kahit walang parental advice?
You need to have Parental Advice if you are aged 22-25 years old. You can have your parents appear at the local registrar or have them write that they know you are marrying and any advice to your marriage. If they don’t like you to get married, you need a sworn statement stating that you informed your parents but they refused. If your parents agreed, you will have 10 days of waiting time, while if not 3 months of waiting for the Marriage License.
