Bhai mujhe aisa feel hua ke deadlift and squats mai rest enough nai hai.. agar deadlift kisi ne achhe se lgayi hai.. toh uski lower back and hips tyar nai ho payenge monday tak.. aisa hua hai actually mere sath ek baar 145kg for 5×5 socha tha.. ek din gap ke baad.. but 2 hi reps lge
This is the lowest sbd frequency I can suggest
I personally squat 2 days a week
Bench 3 days a week
Dead 1 day a week
With proper nutrition and Recovery you'll be ready to lift within 48hrs
Recovery rate will be specific with every individual but if you keep on getting issues like pump in lower back or extreme soreness either your nutrition sucks or your technique is not point!

Squat ka koi idea nhi h
M sirf 1 day gym gya tha bhai k sath jab check ki thi power toh bhai mere genetics kese m janna chata hu
Body weight = 50 kg
Workout krke hi pata chalega those are average lifting numbers agar potential hoga to you'll lift much more than that
