No lie. I found 4 copies of Pokeman Ranger DS behind the glass at Wal-Mart earlier this week priced at 34.98. I thought I had traveled through time. And yes I bought them all and shat myself in disbelief/ excitement.

The Walmart where I live surprisingly had playstation 2 & game cube games still. No joke. Granted they were bad titles not worth anything, but still amazed me. And I don't live in the middle of no where, I live in the Bay area in California.
I know this comment is old, but I used to work in retail and sometimes we'd find old games behind shelves or in random boxes in the warehouse and they still scanned into the system despite being 15+ years old. So we would just decide to stick them on the shelf like nothing happened lol. I worked in a store for 2 years and we had a PS2 copy of Just Dance or something like that on the shelf, it was there before I joined and it was there after I left.
I went to that Game Trader in Rivergate many, many times as a kid after eating at the Cici’s next door with my grandfather. He passed recently and this video brought back so many great memories. Thank you!
I'm from Mexico and just discovered your channel a couple of days ago... Let me tell you, videogames in Mexico also got a little more expensive due to the pandemic but they are about half the price of what they sell in the US (especially pokémon games). If you know trustworthy people or you have friends in Mexico then you should do business with them. A lot of potential profit in that.
Bootleg and Reproduction carts are two seperate things. Reptoduction carts are somebody remaking something the exact same way it was created from the beginning, and reselling it for a cheaper price. Bootleg is a complete knockoff, in that it’s a completely different product that’s based off of something else

At Christmas... shit my collection value over the last month has spiked 2000 dollars, its been going up. Infact what I really think is going on is handheld stuff is sky rocketing and would make sense since half of my 1500 games are handheld games.

Great finds. The super smash brawl I would get 1 copy graded and test the waters since you grabbed 4 of them. And that repo Pokémon there wrong for selling it for full price like that. And that Pokémon you got sealed would 100% have graded and might even hang on to it for a little bit. Imagine getting a full set of Pokémon games sealed and graded to sell as a complete sealed graded set. The money involved would be high but the profits would be astronomical.
Furthermore, it can also be worth asking the sellers if you can get games that are overstocked for 25 cents a piece. Kinect Adventures will bring you about 3-5$ and you only have to list it once if you only take the ones that are all in the same good and complete condition. then you have generated your next 50$ from about 4$.
Smash is a great purchase. I know the goal is to flip quickly. I would wait to sell in 4th quarter. Maybe hold on to one for a possible future grading. Sealed Games!

That FF 12 Remake since it was the Steelbook Edition at the 2nd pawn shop would have been worth it most likely. Missing the slip cover, but still a premium over the vanilla version.
The reason BttF is worth so much is it’s the canonical sequel to BttF 3. Telltale worked with the writers/directors of the trilogy & it’s the only thing they’ve authorized to be done with BttF since the cartoon in the 90’s. Not only is the game OoP, but it’s delisted digitally.
make sure when checking sealed prices to check ebay not amazon. Some sealed games go for cheap on amazon because they are players choice version when the original first print version could go for 5x the price.

If I buy it, I play it. Now I have to have a small fortune just to play the games I’ve not come around to playing. It’s sad. That darth maul pop at 1:17 was on sale for $35 and you can prob sell him for aroundf 75-90 so heads up if you ever see more again
