Ardo just released their own collection cups! I'd love to see a review of these paired with the Alyssa to see suction strength vs. their flanges. They now offer different insert/flange sizes, so an updated review with all this information I think would be great for those considering this pump. Ty!
I been looking into this pump because of the power pumping button because in the past I have gotten dehydrated on accident and start drying up. I have a hard time bring my supply up after getting hydrated with out power pumping and I forget to finish my power pumping sessions.
How does this compare with the Pumpables Genie Advanced and Legendairy Duette? I'm trying to figure out a breast pump to gift my sister that will be strong enough to use as her primary pump but at the same time portable enough for use at her desk.
I'm living in France and one of the pumps available for rent through our national healthcare is the Ardor Bellis. I'd love to see a review on that one but this at least gives me a little info about the company and their products in general! Thanks!
expecting my first baby in March. This product is actually covered by my insurance. debating between Spectra S2 (covered by insurance, sadly S1 is not) or this ardo alyssa. Just trying to get one for now as a main pump. Which of the two would be best for a mom that is working part time at a public school and active lifestyle?
I have both Spectra & Ardo & absolutely love the Alyssa. They are definitely apples to oranges in comparison but if you want a small pump with a rechargeable battery, it’s definitely the one to go with. Spectra is massive and unless you get the S1, you aren’t going to have a rechargeable battery built in.
@7:25 "it will start again" well, it is a year later and perhaps they have changed the code, but mine does not "start" it does a few fairly subtle beeps (much less attention getting than the timer on my phone) and if I don't restart it myself within a fairly short time it just abandons the whole power pumping cycle. I think I'd be better off just using the timer on my phone.
Alison, they also have a phone app that works with the Alyssa! BTW, the Lactation Hub flange inserts (21/19/17/15 etc) work with the 26mm Ardo Flange. I've carried Ardo since they came to America... they are very popular in Europe. Good Video!! Liz Flight
Would you say this pump is stronger or not as strong as the yellow motif duo? I tried the motif duo and it was not strong enough to trigger a letdown for me.
My mom backed it years ago for me when I was pregnant with my just turned 5year old I think. Hoping that it comes in when I'm still breastfeeding the baby I'm pregnant with now. Lol
@@NewLittleLife couldn't use the parts because they didn't fit me (they were huge), and the inserts did't fit well either.. so I used a maymom flange (15mm) and parts.

hate this pump.. I think it has very good features, but the suction is really low.. at least the one I've got.. Doesn't empty my breast properly.

I would reach out to Ardo. This pump has excellent suction and should work well! Maybe they’ll have an idea for you on troubleshooting it.
I thought the exact same thing. The suction is very low compared to my Pumpables GA and Spectra. I also found a few more cons.
