    I wanted to try something different in today's video What I Eat in a Day and hold myself accountable for heating in a calorie deficit and healthy for my wedding in December!!
    I want to highlight that I'm not a health specialist or nutritionist and am doing this video purely for myself and to hold myself accountable for eating healthy and in a calorie deficit. My What I Eat in a Day videos tends to do quite well on youtube shorts so I thought a longer video on what I eat could be fun!!
