Like the Owlking, Ione is very easy boss even in heroic mode. So i tried to kill her, using level 1 character. Seems due to the small damage, she cannot lose her balance and continues to attack.
I only used Surging soul and 4 plumes for 20% bonus damage.

I don't know how you're reacting to her change-ups that fast. I cannot win this fight to save my life. I'm having MUCH more trouble with her than the other heroic bosses.

I killed heroic thalamus in less than 2 minutes, his hp melt like a waterfall he didn't even have a chance to do his special attack
Can we talk about how ione's spear is one of the OPiest thing's in the game?

Who is the real monster?
I don't understand the timing! I have been able to stop the attacks right on time, the counter, but that doesn't seem to count as a "parry". How do you do it exactly. You seem to yo it BEFORE the attack is even performed! How frustrating...
Hi. So i get the parry right in ps4, press down in gamepad but then it shows the counter down on gamepad again but when i press it again nothing happens. Anyone with a ps4 help a fella understand how to achieve the counter please and thank you.
You have to put up your shield first THEN press down
@@eduardogaxiola3907 thank you. Yeah I figured it out after a while, it just doesn't seem as intuitive as it was in the old version.
So i have a question, why the parry scene is different??? In my version sorum make two slashes, but in your ver he attack whit the scythe
You slash 2 times when you take out your shield at the right time and block the attack
And you do this type of attack when you have the shield out and use the interact (e) on pc to parry
Try doing it on ng+2
How can you do that move with the shield? I speak of the counter... because the death gambit of 2018 had this move and now not, only parry but not the counter....
you can still parry with a shield. If I remember correctly the default is S + E if you are using the keyboard. In the control settings at the very bottom, you can change the controls
