    I love the way you presented, you have used almost all the kitchen helpers you have mentioned while making one dish.
    And the best is that you also have mentioned the wrong choices you have made, that is how we evolve, but sharing this is a big thing.
    I loved it.

    What a brilliant video concept. Loved that while telling your stories you made the quinoa burger. Also it is very gratifying that you called cooking an art. I have started cooking exclusively since the last two years and sometimes it feels like a chore. With the perspective you gave it really brightened up my view of cooking. I too spent money on different prep bowls and finally like you find that the smaller ones are the most handy and practical.

    Since you asked i am giving you my review on the stone mortar and pestle. I have bought one from Hampi. It's one of the best buys. Due to the friction as it is made of stone the grinding is absolutely perfect and extremely flavourful. MUST HAVE😀

    I love to cook. I have the gift of cooking good food. My mother is a superb chef and my mother's mother, grandma, is a legend in the kitchen. I am glad I inherited their skills. It's most important to learn to cook be it men or women. Economy is not like what it used to be.

    Hi, I am watching your channel for the last couple of months but never try to comment. I am watching the same kind of videos of other home makers as well ☺️ If I love some video, then I save it to my personal created play list for future reference... 👍
    I am also watching the videos related to minimalism, where they are saying that if you are not using some specific item for the long time it means you don't need that item... I am trying to follow that as well before buying anything....

    Jamie Oliver has been my favourite for a long time. I used to love the fact that he just went to his garden, plucked veggies and cooked them. The salt tip is on point, I keep salt separately in a glass jar. I want to invest in cast iron cookware; after seeing your collection am soon going to order them.

    • @TalkingMom
      @TalkingMom  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      2 things you won’t believe if I will say.
      1- I knew anybody but Gauri will mention Jamie. (I knew it and I don’t know how)
      2- I felt so happy to know that I have started knowing my virtual friends choices a bit 🤩🤩.
      Take your time in selecting the cookware. I took 6 months to understand what I need and gifted these to myself this Diwali 😊.
      Stay connected ❤️❤️.

      Signoraware basically copies any design Tupperware brings out. It's better to use Tupperware plastic oil containers. No drips. During sales season they are affordable. I have two of them. No smell, nothing toxic. Stainless steel is harder to clean compared to quality plastic.

    Nice one 😬. I love Peeler. They r so versatile. I use it to peel fruits like papaya which reduces wastage. Also to make long slices of cucumbers , carrots n stuff.
    Pure iron Kadhai is a great alternative for nonstick kadhai. Food doesn’t stick n some good iron content. Same with Iron roti Tawa with handle.

    What do you use to make dosas or cheelas? And how do you maintain the cast iron pans?

    • @TalkingMom
      @TalkingMom  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I was using non stick tawa that I showcased in the video. But recently shifted to the cast iron pans. I clean it with salt and lemon to remove grease. Then I heat the pan and season with oil before putting it back in the cabinet. Hope you will find it helpful 😀

      Hello and thank you So much for commenting and appreciating 😊❤️.
      I am using this one since last 5 years and food never burns. You can see in my other videos as well as I use this Kadai only. Make sure the kadai is heavy bottom. With every use you will become pro in cooking with steel cookwares. 😀. Let me know if you have more questions 🙏🏻

    Can we cook tomato in cast iron kadhai?

    • @TalkingMom
      @TalkingMom  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Cast iron needs to be very well seasoned to be able to cook citrus items. You can cook tomato gravy but I will say use it regularly for a good 3-4 months until the cookware is well seasoned and start acting like non-stick. Also, transfer the food to another vessel as soon as the gravy is cooked. Hope this was helpful :)
