So many informative tricks. Thank you for the video. But here one small tip I want to share with you. Once I tried to do the same with bay leaf, then mom said don't cut it, as it can be life threatening for someone while consuming the food & that made sense.
I m working women and bcz of this present condition frmt he past one year i became homemaker and after watching ur video its motivates me and encourage me to do home chores happily 😊thanks to you for changing my perception
So helpful. I'm currently a student abroad and I struggle to eat nutritious food because of work and studies. These tips are really helpful, I'll try to incorporate at least some.
3:50 I cried at how amazing this tip is . The most hateful part is cutting onions everytime you want to cook anything. This is genius. Thanks for sharing
Nice video👏👏. Many useful tips. Small suggestions, 1) Crispy Dosa- Rice 4:1 Dal, two tea spoons of Channa dal, 1/4 tea spoon methi seeds and handful of chudva. 2)Raw onion absorb the Toxins in the Refrigerator. 3)Curd should set normally with Luke warm milk, one tea spoon curd and one Red chilli atleast 6 to 10hours( according to the area temperature) for Good bacteria.
Things I felt about your videos are most of the videos are captured inside your home and that too in kitchen. But the way you present it in each videos makes you different from other youtubers. Might be thats the reason it is tempting me to watch your videos again and again. Good luck
This is the 1st time I’m watching your video and I am so relieved to come across your channel. I loved this episode ! Will definitely introduce some tips in my little kitchen ! ;)
You are a great cook, perfect mom,in taking care of your family needs, all those beautiful cubes,of ginger garlic paste, coriander chilli aste, also onion,t cooked paste,oh how much I admire you,,.... awesome person.
Oh dear even I use the same tips ,when I was watching I feel myself into ur ideas I even fry chopped onions in oil till transparent make it cool store in jar in fridge very easy shine cooking ,even I do tadka cool it store in air tight .
Hats off Diyaji, I am 44 year lady but ur tips are super that I even don't think of them till now 👏👏👏👏✌✌✌ I know my eng lang is poor, but I think u understood my thoughts 😇😇😇
Hi Just a suggestion, instead of adding salt during winter for dosa batter, boil water pour it in a vessal close with lid and keep batter on top of it. This will help in fermentation and also u can add salt when you use it and unsalted batter can be stored in fridge for longer use.
Your videos are really good and professional. I keep watching the same videos again and again.. That ghee part..real Indian stuff..happens in all houses . not wasting even a drop..
Your kitchen looks so beautiful and all the vessels n containers so organized...n ur fridge so neatly arranged...Awesome tips...pls give a small tour of ur kitchen I wud love to recreate it for my house
I have a kitchen organization video and tour on my channel already. Its 2 years old, you can check that. And I will try to make a new video on updated kitchen soon.
I always had this in mind to freeze tomato onion purees. Your reinforcement is great. It surely gives multiple things to eat in plate. Kitchen work organization is very important.
I usually prepare my curd in a casserole or a mud pot, and get amazing results. For the dosa batter, I cover it with a shawl or any warm cloth. This allows me to add salt only when I need to use the batter, and the batter lasts longer. We can also add few drops of unflavored oil to make the batter last longer. ✌
I always find work life balance challenging. I am going to use these tips for sure. Thank you so much. Hope this year I will be able to manage it better using these tips. 😊
You've presented it so well, great video. 👍 I'm sure it will save time, but I'm just wondering if it is healthy to store curry base and boiled veggies in fridge and use it instead of using them fresh.
Ur each and every videos cheers me up in every way.....sooo soothing and usefull video....some so called big bloggers r there in whose videos we can either see only makeup or unnecessary dramas .....but u come up every time wid various info or usefull tips....keep gng n growing tis way....lots of love and best wishes💕💕
For remaining gheen in a packet , u can also pour hot cup of water in the packet , mix it and use the same water to make dough or to boil rice or Dal and u won’t waste it ! It’s quick and easy , less messy
This was the fastest and most informative kitchen hacks I have seen so far. Thank you. You have put in a lot of effort by combining the hacks with the weekly meals. Can you suggest on how to preserve or store coriander leaves? You have once shown how you keep it in glass or air tight containers. All I want to know is there anyway of storing the chopped coriander leaves so that one can put it directly in the dish instead of fine chopping?
Hey Diya...I still remember the days when you make dosas from the store bought batter...from there now you're sharing tips on how to make perfect dosa batter...wowww...you're journey is awesome...and keep going like this..lots of love❤️❤️

About onion I agree
I was made aware recently about onions absorb toxins from air and should be cut immediately before eating.
Ooo even when stored in a. Air tight container???..
OMG, I can imagine how much effort must have gone in making this video
I even cant imagine how much effort and days it took to make a wholesome video 🙌

@Drlubna Azeem you can use but to make dosa generally short or medium grained rice will be used.
Dosa texture and taste depends on rice type.
Presentation skill is marvellous. Freezing so many basic ingredients needed in Indian culinary is excellent
Watching this video in Germany during a snowy winter morning.
Thanks for the video. My cravings for Indian food has increased even further.
