I understand the need to discuss regulations in dog training, but according to Jenna Romano from the TH-cam channel- Get A Calm Dog- Zak George doesn’t display enough knowledge to teach dog training to clients. Even with all his years of experience, (and the accolades here from Victoria Stillwell) he is still falling short in the eyes of another purely positive dog trainer.
Who’s going to choose the governing body that will decide who can get their license?
Individual potential clients/students can ask a dog trainer, before starting the class, for credentials. And there’s also observing a class before signing up. (this is what I did) Over time, this will phase out the less popular trainers.

Thank you both for this! I'm studying to become a dog trainer, and I'm working on my dog's fears, and positive is the only way. I still have a lot of work to do on my self to have good manners as a dog trainer, because I'm still learning and I'm not perfect, but I try so hard to do it right. Thank you, thank you, thank you, the YT chanels that you both have are such a great help to me and such an inspiring example

When Zak George actually shows his work with dogs that have behavioral issues, he will build credibility. If he could share his method that is positive only and can rehabilitate a dog, that would be great! Not sure why he only talks about it, but doesn’t do it or teach it.
