Well in a build where you have the time and money,,,,, I would love to go through the vehicle de rusting all of the vehicle, cleaning, priming and painting...... But you just show us that you can piece together two very old cars together that have been sitting out in a junkyard since forever. And make one very possibly road worthy car out of them. And that is what car crafting is all about. Love what you do.. Hey,, watch out for those falling bumpers!!! LOL!

My Dad always used to stash a key somewhere on the car. He found some ingenious places before he found out about Hide-A-Key boxes. The only one that I remeber was in the air cleaner on our '63 Fairlane.
My Dad worked for the Streets Dept in my hometown. My Uncle worked on the County Highway Dept. They both drove snowplows in the winter, so all year long the covered lotsa road miles. Back when the magnetic hide-a-key boxes were popular, they had quite a collection between the two of them. And yes, they periodically checked with the PD to see if anyone was looking for theirs. Dad was always finding wrenches, ratchets, you name it that someone set on their car & drove off.

Isn't that bad,!lol 😆 😀 👏 👍 Jason, Ks.
I really enjoy you talent that you share with us. Today you take two very old and tired coool 59 Chevy sedans and make a very possibly running and driving one out of them. I always have thought those tail fins and sweeping taillights were pretty amazing features! And you got that old tired six to run! Makes one wonder how you do it? The cool wrap around front windshield is pretty neat as well. LOL!
Lots of options out there for sure! D.A folks
We always called those spinner knobs "wrist breakers " from them smacking you a good one during bump steer.
12:12 I call it either a suicide knob, or my power steering. I put one on my 71 C10 because they make it easier to work manual steering in a parking lot while also changing gears.
Another great video , we had a 59 wagon sat in our yard when I was a kid I must have ''driven'' that thing 100k lol . Thanks for bringing back a good memory . B
That's awesome
Those wheels look awesome
MAN!!! you guys don't "F" around, nice job, great video!! Thank you
You bet!
Gotta like the fin cars, a nice fireball emitting from the old six banger, good times.
You know, Mort, your work here is like, “automotive forensics.”
Love the 59's they are works of art, even Dan at DD Speed shop couldn't make one ugly, although it might have two less doors.
MoJo is a jewel, such a great attitude.
Thanks for giving Faulk county some love, grew up between Highmore and Faulkton as the crow flies, been down 212 more times than I can count. Thats a Catholic boarding school in Zell, think it was used up untill the late 50's early 60's, lot more kids around in those days.
It does look awesome with the wheels !! 348 would be perfect. Hope you go a little further with it.
Love saving old cars , your cool, man, you're the man
Thanks 👍
You had fun doing that
Good one Morticus!
Thanks!
Whoa whoa whoa, that a 67-69 cougar sitting by your standard oil sign!?!? My dream car, can't wait to see that on the channel!
Yup
