That's exactly my problem! My hips move in toward the ball in the backswing and downswing and I stand up & top it, shank it, etc! Clear, concise instruction! Just what I needed! Thanks so much! This instruction even helped my green side bunker shot, today!

I'm going to try that. Thanks. And I like to hear what the greats think about during their swing. The mind can play so many tricks. Having something good to think about I hope will be a big improvement as well.
Hi, just looking for your opinion on something. I have struggled with a sway for a long time. I have tried to keep that trail hip nice and deep but find once i get there, I feel trapped and unable to rotate into a deep forward hip. Could I be going too deep or is there even such a thing? Its that transition from rear hip to lead hip is where I dont fully understand. Do I keep the trail hip deep where it is and try and bring the forward hip back to meet it or do I allow it to come back in as the lead hip goes deep. Sorry for the long comment. Just need clarification. Thanks again for the content.
Thanks for your comment, a great feel is to focus on feeling the lead leg move back to meet the trail hip. I feel that's the best feel to have to get move down right. Appreciate your support. Cheers
I have tried turning my right hip deepper, but I felt I turn my upper body too much... What drill I must do to reduce turning my body without reducing my cest and shoulder turning..thanks..
I think the best drill to do is practice making backswings with a club across your chest and get the butt end of the club to point at the golf ball as you reach the top. Cheers
Clear, concise, logical. Can't wait to take this advice to the range! Thanks! This site deserves WAY more hits!
Thank you, appreciate it

Brilliant instruction
Thank you very much, cheers
Excellent tip, early extension is sometimes caused by a lack of mobility or people thrust forward as they subconsciously feel this generates power.
Yes very true, this helps eliminate that with some practice.
