I just watched myself in the mirror and I do tend to straighten my body out on the backswing - I never noticed I did that ! Thank you for this - you have a subscriber here !
I am not really standing up, it is the momentum of my arms that pull me out of posture towards the end of the backswing, especially the left arm pulls me up

You probably need to feel some trail heel instep pressure to stop getting pulled out of posture in the backswing.
