Great job on your first market. Just a suggestion, when adding up and subtracting from amount sold don't include/take away "durable goods". This would be tables, displays, your register box, any signage, etc... You will be using these items long term and their value/cost would be factored in over a long period of time. Packaging, advertising, booth fees, things that have to do with the 1 market only would be calculated in. This will give you a better idea of your future profit versus cost expectations.
