    I really enjoy your honesty in all these videos, but without you showing and explaining mistakes we'd never know, and wouldn't learn as much either.
    My big takeaways from this episode are:
    - bending roll cage tubing is not easy (but that's a good thing if you consider its intended application);
    - building a tribute car like your 6R4 is not a trivial exercise, especially if you don't have the kind of workshop tooling that we see on the big US TV custom programmes (with the result that I enjoy your videos more, because I can better relate to them).
    Keep up the good work!

      Thanks Andrew, your feedback is always welcome and appreciated. Failing is part of learning so if I can save someone time by showing how not to do it, this series will not disappoint 🤣 Everyday is a school day 👍

    Plasma cutters with the compressor pulls quite a big load for domestic. Mcb can take overload for certain duration of time motors then will trip after few seconds. Try on another socket outlet could be dirty contact in the socket causing high resistance

      I'll have a look at this while I'm measuring the current draw of the plasma. Thanks for the advice 👍

    check the circuit breaker is the right amps for your plasma cutter, and you are running 230 volts, the thicker metal you cut, the more amps the plasma cutter pulls, that sounds like the reason you keep popping the fuse, hope this helps.

      Thanks, I'll check that out. Would a clamp meter on the power cable work to give me an indication of the amps it's pulling?

    My advice throw that die away. Die with ribs - BIG NO, (applying heat) welding tube/pipe to die while bending - BIG NO. Design new die with clamp. If you insist to make it DIY here are some links how to, also some people stack number of round plates of different diameter to form round profile. Depending on thickness you might get away without filing afterwards, I'd suggest 2mm plates and some finishing with file.

      Unfortunately proper tube benders here in the UK are around £1,000 including the die. The Die itself is around £450 alone. Plus, I enjoy doing this and it makes for more mediocre content. Thanks for watching 🙂
