Extremely very rare ones only can do that, there are probably only 2-3% of overall singers who can sing as chesty as in that way and Demi is definitely one of those unique rare ones! Extreme chest belters!
Plus she did an octave jump too its really tricky and difficult thing to do bcz if you cant handle this your voice crack or strain badly or you may hurt your throat and damage your voice..

That bass singing is what I want to learn, however my tessitura is that of a baritone and my only chance of singing like that is by mastering subharmonics and just practice, practice and practice everyday... The mileage is massive and there is no shortcut, unlike 5th octave notes which I just have to put a lot of twang and go for a metallic style in order to perform.... High notes are easy, 1st octave low notes are extremelly hard, it is like walking on a tight rope as you have to use false folds along with perfect diaphragmatic support and find some extremely elusive feeling just above the true folds... The voice always tries to go back to a normal chest voice so the subharmonic mode keeps turning on and off.
A lot of these which are from highly produced music shows and/or videos are quite autotuned and that should be taken into consideration when comparing them to ones that are not.
They all went brutally on my nervs...don't know what they think they're doing...but someone urgently should give them some lessions in singing. There is no way to listen to them without calling a doctor..
