Last year, I stayed nearby, and I was impressed by Thong Lor. Although it's very different from the rest of Bangkok, it has a lot to offer. In 5 years' time, it will be very different from what it is now. If I was looking to buy an apartment, Thong Lor would be where I would start looking.
I am not in market right now, but interesting property and interesting process. You continue to highlight a changing Bangkok👍. (But the one bedroom showroom was quite small, however, the development cater to different needs🙂).

The washing machine in the kitchen, next to the oven, looks very strange to me.

You only pay tax in Thailand if you are registered to pay tax and have a tax number. Don't believe the BS floating around on Social media!
