Yeah! Finally more Aizec! I'd like to hear more of Aizec's opinions as we have similar tastes in paddle specs (I usually load my paddles with lead up to 10 ounces, head heavy).
I like them heavy too. I put mine to 9.2 and go up or down from there on feel. Testing different tungsten tape locations soon to see what difference that makes in feel. When I let people hit my paddles many mention how heavy it is, but my hands are still plenty fast for my current opponents.
As a DBD owner and Six Zero fanboy, I’m actually glad that you called out the design for looking like a shovel. Cause it does. Hopefully their tried and true hybrid shape will get this 18k weave soon.
It's funny b/c I actually like the design, but I question the purpose b/c it doesn't seem to make it any more maneuverable and a standard elongated shape would probably offer a better sweet spot.
@@padflash agreed! The long handle plus the flared face increase the SW too much. A standard elongated shape would’ve kept the paddle in better balance.
I was ready to pull the trigger as soon as this paddle came out. Today I got the email for preorder, but I’d watched this video……first time you’ve talked me out of buying!
its interssting to be its so head heavy which normally equate to a ton of plow through and power like an Engage MX 6.0. But its advertised as a control paddle.
Alright, what's up guys? Come on Chris, that is the signature Pickleball Studio intro question from you that we always want to hear at the beginning of every video 😂.
I will say it’s a little weird that Will was offered a paddle even though he never really liked any of the 6.0 paddles and has openly said so. I’m glad there a limited release because this paddle will be a collectors item or have a high resale value like the ruby does. The difference is the mass people really like the ruby. This paddle not so much.
I really wanted to like this paddle. I like heavy, high seingweight, elongated paddles. Currently using engage pursuit pro MX 6.0. With lead added in all 4 corners. It's a monster with tons of power and spin. But this new Triple BD doesn't male good power or spin. It's just a super head heavy control paddle. Waste of time. Slow hands are stupid if you don't have much added out away power. Pass. Let's see what they bring later in the year with the next elongated paddle
I agree here. I think it is an amazing looking paddle, visually, but I have trouble understanding who it is for? Chris or Aizec called it "all court," but I disagree w/ that tag. It's more of a niche paddle. The shape is also weird. It's already heavy af, so the tapered edge is not really adding much to maneuverability. A standard shape could have at least expanded the sweet spot, but I think they chose that shape to be different.
im honestly glad the swing weight is too high for me now i dont have to worry about fomo for this paddle lol. I bet if they collab'd with you instead swing weight woulda been like 115 haha
Shocked he didn’t mention that besides showing the graphic. Thats really low. I get it, trying to be positive about his co-hosts paddle. Prob the first time he’s shown any sort of bias. Props pbs
I bought a Kevlar harache yesterday because the low Swingweight and long handle in an elongated shape is very rare. What are your thoughts on it Chris? Review coming?!
I do believe Dale picked the wrong host to colab with. I love my DBD but this one does look like a shovel and aimed to a very specific group of players.
I dont understand why the spin rate is so bad. Six Zero is known for having very high spin rates. They debut this new 18K carbon face. I was expecting god tier spin numbers. 1780? Seriously?
@taytay8732 I get that. I use an elongated power paddle leaded up to 128 swing weight and 8.8 ounces. I'm just saying, regardless of other specs and metrics, that's a pretty abysmal spin rate, especially from six zero
Haha, Will’s first look was honestly very accurate. He’s not trying to deceive anyone. Only difference Between Will’s opinion and mine is that he likes high swing weight and I don’t.
So happy for the Pickleball Studio host to get his own six zero paddle 😂
BAHAHA. This will be best comment hands down.
😂😂😂 is there an award for greatest comment of all time?
This comment is 3.5 at best.
I hear Adidas is looking for a colab partner... just saying.
Now that hilarious!

Somebody please get this man a Chrisinator
You worked so hard for this !!!! Congratulations !!!
Another great evaluation from Isaac! Big fan!

That intro did not disappoint 😂

Are you going to be reviewing the 11six24 Hurache Kevlar?
its interssting to be its so head heavy which normally equate to a ton of plow through and power like an Engage MX 6.0. But its advertised as a control paddle.
Best intro ever!!!
Hilarious intro, Chris! 😂 No respect for your love for DBD. 🤣😂🤣
What is this future release elongated paddle from 6.0? 👀
at the 2.4 mark, I dont need it. Weight, spin specs. txs
How does the Willinator compare to the 006?
Awesome for PBW, but I can't imagine using a control paddle with that much swing weight.
Harachi paddle review coming?
$220?? no way jose

Chris, have you hit with the 14mm Ruby yet? If so.... thoughts?
When is the “Gearbox Killer” coming out and will it be hated on like the joola Gen 3.
Goated intro 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Hey Chris, looking to get a new bag cause the one I have right now is too small. Any recommendations?
Good looking paddle but too heavy for me.
Make “kill” the term used when you finish a point that your opponent can’t get to after a pop up.
The huge sweet spot your brother described sounds intriguing
This paddle must play a lot better then those paddle metrics suggest! I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t intrigued by it
Have you ever thought of doing a review on Friday paddles?

So it's better for big, strong people?
What is the width of the paddle
What’s your current paddle these days? Looking to upgrade my six zero which I know was your main paddle too and am not sure where to look.
Look up the j2k
What Melin hat is that?
1 minute in and in love with this remote.
Good looking paddle. The numbers look kinda meh. 🤷♂️

I have their BD power and BD Infinity power and this one is definitely a no go for me.
LOL love the intro
Super funny with awesome content Bro 👌 👏 👏
Dale needs to just modify his logo, make it 3.5 and include an at best to it for Chris.
Triple and one half maximum diamond. 😅
This thing sounds a lot like a Joola Hyperion CFS 16 with better spin.
Subpar spin for 18k weave
1744 RPM is pretty weak spin these days. Was this actually a collab with Franklin?
@@bicyclethiefoh my gosh this actually made me laugh so hard😂
@@bicyclethiefis 1744 RPM confirmed?

Isn’t this closer to the “single” black diamond ? More of a power paddle
The intro tho 😂 🤣 😆

Chris give me those paddles! Don't waste them!
Body helix X-3 lite is a lot like this paddle
Great review! Trash paddle! Jkjk! This sounds amazing 😻
Let 6.0 really know how you feel about the Willanator 😂
you did be dirty bro!!!!!
When are you going to be wearing the chicken costume during game play so we can tell who you are?
8:00 yo rakim reference
The SW is a little high.

Spin also comes from rhs. Heavier racquets swing slower so unless you're in that group that's used to it, like a tennis player, it hinders you
@taytay8732 I get that. I use an elongated power paddle leaded up to 128 swing weight and 8.8 ounces. I'm just saying, regardless of other specs and metrics, that's a pretty abysmal spin rate, especially from six zero
It's nice to see something different, but it's definitely not for the masses.
It looks like Invader Zim
It's basically a heavier & sexier Pro Line Energy
Will took the money. That’s why I’m watching your review and not his.
Haha, Will’s first look was honestly very accurate. He’s not trying to deceive anyone. Only difference Between Will’s opinion and mine is that he likes high swing weight and I don’t.
How to get a collab with six zero.
Step 1: Don't be 3.5
😂😂😂
Its not called a tripple black,so stop calling it that.
Wasted design effort
if you dont know how to play...the paddle means shit....
Best intro ever!!!!!!
