      I know right. Like, I just started the challenge six days ago, and I am not very flexible. So I have to do the beginner modifications. Also love how she never tries to show off or make people feel bad about themselves if they aren’t as flexible.

    I love how on Anna'a tutorial's she's realistic and doesn't say, "GET THE SPLITS IN ONE DAY" like other youtubers. That way you don't get discouraged if you don't learn it quick. (EDIT thanks so much for these many likes)

      fr i can do my splits but a few years ago i saw a bunch of videos saying "get the splits in one day" like it was so unrealistic.

      Same! Even tho it still kinda hurts when I do the splits, now I have the ability to actually go all the way down! Also, my leg hold is way higher than the beggining of the year

    Anna I'm a HUGE fan, I used to take gymnastics class but I had to stop due to COVID. Your stretching routines have really helped me, and thanks to you, I can do the splits, a chest stand, and a walkover. I have never been more flexible. My goal by the end of summer break is an over split, and so far its going really well!

    YES I"M FINISHED. I'm so proud of myself and today was the last day of the 30 day challenge and I just finished the stretch. Thank you so much Anna!     For reference I am not flexible and I am 5’0, 88lbs. I’m doing this challenge to help me with my cheer tryouts on August 23, 2022.
    DAY 1 August 6: I warmed up beforehand by doing 20 jumping jacks, 20 mountain climbers
    DAY 2 August 7: Feeling sore from yesterday, but I will be continuing the exercises tonight at 8pm.

    Hi, im going to start a year stretching challenge. Everyday I am going to write what kind of stretching I did and if there is something that changed 😀
    WEEK 1:
    Day 1: I did 30 minutes leg stretches for today (I used the middle split Video and stretched on my one😀) I got my front splits already and I want to get my middle split
    (Omg thank you all so much for your support ❤ Thank you Anna for your heart that means so much to me!)
    Day 2: I stretched 30 minutes today😃 (First I used the warm up Routine Video, then this video and at the end I stretches on my one . Btw this video is amazing 🤗)
    And thank you all so much for 40 likes 🥳 that is so crazy for me!
    Day 3: I stretched around 30 minutes 🤪 (I used this video and the middle split video, at the end I stretched on my one 🤗)

    Day 4:
    Today I stretched 30 minutes (I used the middle split video and this video😃) I feel like I'm getting closer and closer to my middle split and I am so thankful about this. Before I started with stretching I was so inflexible and now I got my two front splits (one of them is a over split 😃) and I am close to my middle split! Thank you so much Anna, I love you❤

    I'm not done yet, but I am so happy 😀worked a bit on needle and I did such a great progress (the last time I tried to do the needle was a month ago) I'm not able to have my leg straight ,but I am still happy! I also touched with my foot the ground while I did the chest stand🥳(My goal is to be able to have the foot flat on the ground😅) Now I am going to do Anna's middle split routine 😅 I'm done for today (I stretched 1 hour, the most on my one and then I used the middle split video) I'm really close to my middle split 🥳
    Day 10:
    I just stretched at my one today (for 20 minutes😀)

    I did back and leg stretches today (25 minutes)

    I practised some skills today😀 I am very proud of my self, It feels like my needle and my chest stand are getting better and better😀 I am struggling a bit with my middle split, it's hard to get it finally (I am almost at the ground😁)

    My first month of the one year challenge is over! I am really proud of myself 😁 I did a progress on my chest stand, I got my knee bridge, I have my scorpion ,I am way more closer to my middle split than before😁 all over I am way more flexible 🥺 That is such a great feeling!     Ok today I am going to start and show my progress each day:
    *Day 1, 2/9/21:* my legs are sore! Btw I am not flexible in any way I hope it works
    *Day 2, 2/10/21:* I guess I am more flexible than I thought. I can almost do a full lounge but no split 😢
    *Day 3, 2/11/21:* OMG I AM SO CLOSE TO MY LOUNGE! my legs as sore tho
    *Day 4, 2/12/21:* My thigh almost touched the floor in my lounge. Argh I still can't do a split.
    *Day5, 2/13/21:* Happy early Valentine's Day! Part of my thigh touched the floor but I can't sink into a split no matter how much I try. It doesn't hurt that much but I just can't slide into it.
    *Day6, 2/14/21:* happy valentines day!! I got my full lunge on my left leg but I still can't manage a split on either leg I can't slide into it. Any ways have a good day/night 🙂
    *Day7, 2/15/21: I am closer to my split on my left leg. But I still can't manage. I can't believe how much I have improved in 7 days?! It's crazy!
    *Day9, 2/17/21:* I was tired do just did the beginner version. I still tried to do the splits but my legs just didn't wanna manage.
    *Day10, 2/18/21:* Wow it's day 10 already. It's snowing where I am is it snowing where you are? Ok nvm um my seal stretch has become easier and I can go deeper into it but now it's getting hard to do a lounge onto my left leg.
    *Day11, 2/19/21:* Oh my I thought it was Thursday 🤦‍♀️. Anyways my right lounge I think it is, has become much easier to fall into but on my left lounge I can't go down all the way. I still haven't managed a split but I have improved a lot 👍
    *Day12, 2/20/21:* Aw man February break is almost over 😡. I am getting deeperto my seal stretch and my left leg is getting easier to sink into a full lounge. I also discovered I can kick my leg up higher then I used to. I have improved a lot.
    *Day13, 2/21/21:* Noo I have school tomorrow, 😡. Anyways I can almost do the advanced thing that is after the seal stretch I forgot what its called. I still can't do a split but it's ok.
    *Day14, 2/23/21:* Aw man I was doing so well. I didn't do the stretch yesterday since I had family and school issues. I have been really said lately. Anyways I guess my streak is 13 days. My legs are starting to hurt less and every time I do the seal stretch I sink a bit deeper.
    *Day15, 2/24/21:* My hips and my right hamstring hurt today. I still managed to do the stretches at intermediate. I can almost go halfway in the seal stretch. Also, my leg is becoming easier to fall into a lounge
    *Day16, 2/25/21:* Hello. Well I have progressed a lot these past few days. I hope you guys had a good day 🙂
    *Day17, 2/26/21:* Well today I got back into drawing (I was trying to draw PTX but it didn’t come out that good) which I am still very bad at. My seel stretch is almost there! I can't believe this!
    *Day18, 2/28/21:* I had a lot of problems yesterday so I skipped the stretch. Today I just did the beginner version since I didn't feel to well. Have a nice day 😀
    *Day19, 3-2-21:* Idk what is wrong with me but I didn't do the stretch yesterday and j did the beginner version today. I have been feeling down lately but I have been able to go fully halfway my seal stretch!
    *Day20, 3-3-21:* Now it's getting much easier to do a full lounge and I am starting to slide further onto my right split. I can believe this all happened in only 20 days!!
    *Day21, 3/4/21:* my seal stretch is getting easier to to go into and I can go even farther now. I can't believe this only happened in less than a month!
    *Day22, 3/7/21:* Woops I forgot to do the stretch😬. My dogs birthday is tomorrow she is going to turn one years old (I can't believe it) anyways my split is getting deeper on my right leg but it is stiff on my left leg.
    *Note 6/15/21* :wow it’s been a while since I’ve updated this. Anyways so something happened to my phone and it didn’t turn on so I couldn’t do the stretch. And the worst part is that it turned off on my dogs birthday so I couldn’t take pictures ☹️☹️. Anyways I forgot about the stretch since I got a new phone a month later. I’m going to see if I can do the newest stretch during the summer

    I just finished the 30 day stretch challenge!! It was so much fun and I definitely see an improvement in my flexibility. Thank you so much Anna for helping me! I feel like a new person and I feel better about myself since I’ve been stretching every day! It feels great:)
