I was never flexible at all but bc of her stretching routines I now have my right and left over splits, Scorpion and a lot more that I’m so thankful for, keep going ur doing so good

Hi I’ve started doing her back stretches to be able to do a chest stand and I’m already Decently flexible but I’ve been doing it for 4 days now twice a day for about 30 mins just doing it over and over and I think I’ll be able to do a chest stand in like 1 or 2 weeks time also your doing rlly great! 🎉
I haven’t done her stretch routine yet but Im trying her splits routine and this is day 3 so far, my legs hurt when I try stretching my legs for the splits but I’ve been getting a bit better and I hope I will. Be able to do the splits soon

Keep stretching every day, and try not to push to harder than what you can do only a little bit but dont start doing things that are nearly impossible for you because they will become possible and I know it TRUST ME!
