It really seems like whoevers making these doesn't realize Star Wars actually used to be a well made world full of diversity. It didn't matter what kind of character, creature, species they were, they found great ways to convey artistic depictions of the Human condition. Creative ways that connected us all on a deeper level.
We used to have such creative ways to convey emotions. To give the audience feelings without overly explaining it. I really miss that. If you go back and watch "X-Men the animated series" It is so well crafted. The story of mutants was so universally relatable. Media back then found ways to abstractly teach me life lessons, touched on difficult situations, found intelligent ways to tell stories. Even when I watched it all grown up it really felt like the story is so well crafted and executed that anyone is able to relate to it in someway or another. It's stuff like that that we are so deeply lacking nowadays. So much so that literal kid's cartoons from the 90's told deeper and more mature stories than most media nowadays.
Honestly, all the footage I've seen of this episode reminded me of some crazy amateur feminist performance art you'd see at your local community theater.

Here's a hot take. Darth Plagius found out about manipulating the midichlorians, worked with Sidious to start the process for the birth of Anakin. The sith take knowledge from anywhere, Im assuming they learned about creating life from these witches going through Jedi records. So the knowledge from these women was the cause of Anakin's birth that later resulted in the deaths of children, civilians, jedi, downfall of the republic....
Therefore, women destroyed the galaxy.

The most egregious thing the creators of this show did is to name a character after the greatest bane of the blue collar man - OSHA.
Its a common Fantasy type name. It sounds "exotic" but still easy to pronounce. Remember osha in Game of Thrones? Theon's sister's name in the books was Asha as well. For the Black Character, it also is similar to O'Shea, a black name (ice cube's real name)
I get the feeling that Headland was abused horribly by Weinstein and she thought to herself "It's all worth it because one day this will all be mine". But instead of seeking therapy, she takes it out on Star Wars. Destroying the "man" side of things, making the force "female", alienating the original fan base and essentially removing all canon content. She probably feels this is the only thing she has control over.
