  • Hopefully this will help you avoid getting ripped off. Many fakes on eBay!
    Counterfeit Copy Clip Point + Shark Foot Clone Knock-off
    Counterfeit knives are a growing problem that not only undermines the integrity of genuine products but also have a significant impact on the economy. These fake knives, often made in China, are nearly identical to their US-made counterparts and are sold at a fraction of the cost. However, these counterfeit knives are often made with inferior materials and construction, which can lead to dangerous situations and can put the lives of the users at risk.
    The production and sale of counterfeit knives not only harms the legitimate knife manufacturers and sellers but also harms the economy. It also creates an uneven playing field for legitimate businesses and can lead to lost sales and revenue for them.
    Consumers should be aware of the risks associated with purchasing counterfeit knives and take the necessary steps to ensure they are purchasing genuine products. This includes buying from reputable sellers, checking for signs of authenticity, such as holograms or serial numbers, and being wary of products that are priced significantly lower than the market price.
    As a society, we must take the issue of counterfeiting seriously. It's not just a matter of losing money, but also a matter of safety, and it's essential to support the legitimate businesses and companies, who invest in research, development and quality assurance.

    China is the world's leading producer of knives and also a country with strict knife regulations. We have laws governing the purchase of knives online, and if a buyer is dissatisfied with a kitchen knife ordered online, they need to go to the police station to apply for a permit to return it. While knives can be shipped quickly through express delivery by bribing officials at the place of production, buyers are not allowed to return knives through express delivery. Moreover, knives cannot be taken out of one's home. A teenager taking a practice butterfly knife onto the subway has become a social incident.

    • @kaitei2653
      @kaitei2653 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Regarding the issue of clone knives, I can responsibly say that they offer high cost-effectiveness, and there is absolutely no need to worry about the quality. The manufacturing process for light industrial products is essentially the same. Chinese workers are cost-effective and, moreover, meticulous in their work, as it directly affects their individual performance income.

    • @kaitei2653
      @kaitei2653 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I own over 100 clone knives because I don't have access to authentic ones, and the prices are simply too expensive. I feel grateful to China for this. Not all Americans can afford expensive knives. If Americans were more inclined to purchase affordable knives from Chinese brands, there wouldn't be an issue with clones, such as CIVIVI. Your country is currently undergoing the process of deindustrialization, shifting low-end manufacturing that pollutes the environment and consumes energy elsewhere. That's where the real problem lies.

    Approximately 97 percent of the 433 fixed and folding knives I own are 'real' and I buy them from legitimate sellers online (KnifeCenter, BladeHQ, White Mountain, SMKW and so on) but I really wasn't that interested in this knife. When I got this copycat, I confirmed I did not like the Shark lock and much prefer my Cold Steel AD10 with the Triad lock, which was also designed by Andrew Demko (I own two real ones). I also haven't seen a $20 fake Demko AD20.5 in real or fake titanium and I certainly wouldn't sell any of my 15 fake copycat knives as real and wasn't interested in paying $390 for the real thing. Im not a fan of "counterfeit blades", which is why i buy full customs from bladesmiths. As far as folders go, iny opinion there's NO reason to pay custom fixed blade prices for a foreign manufactured folding knife. These knife makers scream about not buying fakes, then send their design to china or Taiwan, KNOWING that they dont respect out patents, get the knife made for pennies, and then ship them to us with a 500% mark up. 😂 Then they act SURPRISED when those same unscrupulous people do to them, what they did to the American consumer 😂😂🤣. It used to be the claim of inferiority...now they're using OUR steel, and OUR imported design to make overuns and resell it for cheap. The "American labor costing more" argument is exhausted. People aren't stupid anymore! You can still make blades in America because you're charging $300 ANYWAY! You just want more profit. So don't get mad when the Chinese rob you, the way you rob Americans. Its just CAPITALISM!!!😂
