The current outdated monetary system just won’t cut it for the demand of the future. This may be over some people’s heads but this is why you’re about to hear more and more about bitcoin, digital assets, and blockchain in the next couple years in the same conversation as emerging technologies like Ai and augmented reality.

The underlying tech has it's uses, but doesn't actually offer most of the 'features' cryptocurrencies were originally touted for. Often the ONLY people I've been seeing, trying to connect the two unrelated technologies, are angry artists who merely want to portray those who use AI art, as "crypto bros". lol Yes, AI is going to necessitate we adapt to new economic standards, but I don't think crypto will have much to do with it.

I’m not just saying this out of thin air. The infrastructure is already being built, it’s very hard for people to separate bad actors from technology. People say Ai is a scam as well and indeed there are ppl that use it for that but the technology itself is not. Crypto will continue, as it has thus far, to expand its presence in the infrastructure of the underlying monetary system. It’s already happening. It’s very hard for some ppl to see the use case outside of the first world speculative investment vehicle perspective as well, most of the globe is unbanked and unable to participate in the global economy, cryptocurrencies provide an avenue for this. That being said, Ai will undoubtedly be interconnected to decentralized ledger systems ie blockchains. It’s actually imperative that we lean into decentralization as data and computational power become more and more valuable in tandem with the growth of Ai.
