6 Most Important Keys to Getting Stupid Fast/Quick
    - 1 : developing game IQ, brain speed
    - 2 : environment (train with fastest people possible, try to guard them, especially when you're young/kid)
    - 3 : learning how to change speeds
    - 4 : shoot well (automatically put defenders on skates, they got run on you, close you out, etc) → easier to blow by
    - 5 : staying light (fat don't fly) → same is true with running, and being light makes being endurant easier
    - 6 : agility training /sprinting

This is all true. I’m 33 and I’ve done nothing but train like this every day of my life. Already had the natural pedigree, but this training is elevating me. Even though I was robbed of my opportunities, people will see my greatness. And this is one of the keys.

There's a lot of stuff here that's been said that experienced hoopers "know" but can't put into words, and it isn't until someone says it that we can fully understand it and translate it into the actual game. Thank you.

Ball fakes, ball fakes, ball fakes. If you can do convincing ball fakes you start making fast, aggressive defenders a step slower because they don't know what you're doing. I even think in the NBA today, as awesome as it's become, ball fakes are still very underutilized. It's a very powerful thing. Somebody in the NBA needs to just spam ball fakes while always switching up when they're actually "going". Make the move after a bunch of ball fakes, make the move as soon as the ball touches his hands, and every combination between. Kyrie is one of the best at playing deceptively but I think there's still so much more to be explored on that frontier. Makes you way more effective with very little energy expenditure.

Yo this is crazy. I got two of ur programs, and i been self studying biomechanics religiously for the past few months. And what u talked about the 3 levels of the drill was something i intuitively understand in the exact same way u just explained, verbatim! Ive learned so much from ur program that it changed the way i trained,

I love this! My 8th grader has dedicated himself to training rather than aau this season. I've scoured the internet and found you! He wants to go D1 so he's focused on skill, vert and handles. I was going to piece together Handles and the Vert Code for his training guides for May-Sept 2023! I just introduced it to him the other day! However, the way you speak about the Unranked Academy- sheesh! I had already weighed both of them because I was uber impressed with it- but figured the 3 month format of the vert code and handles program would help him better in these specific traits in this specific time frame- do you have any thoughts? 13U, 8th, 6', 135lbs- I've been LOVING YOUR CONTENT!!!!

As I'm listening, he does have a "strength training" coach that does small groups- its a more football style training. And I was going to add IBL elite for shooting accuracy. And we were going to start running and yoga. Big goals for freshman year- was a standout in middle school and 14U rec this past season. Would love any feedback or a link to pay for a consultation, if that exists!

This is also one of the reasons why i never really train with a skills trainer coz of this exact reason. There r certain movements that my body isnt capable yet and i dont wanna go to a trainer whos gonna put me thru a 2 hour workout of doing maximum intent two dribbles then step back for hundred reps smh lol

Hello Sir. I watched your vid about the cheat code to explosiveness. You said in that video that dead stop or removing the stretch reflex on training will increase explosiveness on sports. I thought it is better to use the elastic recoil on training to optimize explosiveness. Can you please clarify this coach? Thanks a lot coach ❤

This guy is great at marketing. Very average coach , chooses gimmicks over fundamentals. You’ll notice he rarely show someone development on his workout. Scam.
