One thing I found to be great is doing a workout while watching them, or even just sets of push-ups every once in a while. The dopamine and pump you get pairs great with satisfying parkour!

I was so confused what this matte blue gummy was until I looked it up and unlocked childhood memories. It was the best flavor.

If you can _drink_ your fiber with a fairly low volume of water needed to 'dissolve' it, then by all means a gummy with decent fiber density to be effective without compromising the texture could be manufactured. You aren't wrong about questioning the effectiveness of nutritional delivery, though; needing more than one gummy for typical daily vitamins already implies it is less dense than a chewable tablet like the Flintstones ones. Add in that the 'gummy' part of the vitamin might be something a lot of people can't have, like non-vegan gelatins, and you veer into that potentially impacting future sales.
As for multi-flavored things, like the noted gummy snack packets; if I don't have anyone to share with, I choke down the ones I hate first so I can savor the ones I do like after. It's not wasteful when you just eat it. That methodology carried me through lots of dinners growing up that were not at all to my personal tastes in their entirety, but had at least one thing I liked enough to save it 'til last.

Also why not do sour vitamin gummies? Could also do them as energy boosters for gamers as well, also doesn’t need to be 100% sugar free, could just have a low amount, I find needlessly making things sugar free ruins flavour 95% of the time, where as if you just have really low sugar it can save the entire product🤷♂️
