I can tell you both put a TON of work into this, and this was genuinely a treat to see. Jesus Christ, this was awesome. Again, applause for you both! ❤❤❤

A small Kenadian, but Kenadian nonetheless 7 - 18:13 here Wifies looked in Kenadian's direction again, but was distracted by other business and didn't notice, same as number 6 8 - 20:06 he can be seen stalking Wifies from behind, most likely standing on barrier blocks 9 - 21:19 Kenadian appears to be jogging on the wall behind Wifies 10 - 27:41 while you can't see him directly, the water is a clear sign of Kenadian activity 11 - 28:00 Kenadian enters the room
I just want to compliment the juxtaposition between Wifies calling to look up and Kenadian calling from above at around 39:20. Just feels like a particularly powerful storytelling moment.
I watched Kenadian's video first, but this gives just as much content as his video, even though I have watched it. The fact that two perspectives can be so different, although so close to each other is mind-boggling. Very well thought out map and videos, it takes a lot of thinking to make such an elaborate escape room, that can be solved twice, because you not only have to make the escape room but you also have to think about the actions of the first and second player. For example Wifies leaving the carpets was crucial for Kenadian to be able to beat it. Not only the map, but the videos themselves connect perfectly.
Agree. And also i liked that Kenadian's video stops on cliffhanger (before the trivia), thus if you check it first, it gives motivation to check Wifies' video too, not only for his POV, but also to see the ending of this story

Watched this one after the Kenadian video, and it's really fun to watch the roof and see just where you can actually spot him hanging out above the puzzles
I love the easter eggs some I noticed so far: -Kenadian on the roof in the skeleton room (13:30) -In the villager head room, while looking at his pickaxe there's a saturation buff that flashes for 1 tick (18:30) -In the same room, he pauses revealing that he's on a multiplayer world (18:40)
Yeah it's not like there's anything that causes you to have multiple identity states that can act independently of eachother and have independent memories of different events. Right? .. >->
i especially love the villager head with the relation to the whole clone plot, since illagers have a whole thing with creating life like as a theme, and illagers are evil villagers. Evil Wifies is creating life (and the pots that Wifies shot also so happened to be the villager ones). Interesting…
damn, this is a really great video. at the 'stressed' parts i got the same feeling i got playing one of those old fnaf games. you just are waiting for a kind of jumpscare to come but it doesnt happen. because of that it was really easy to watch a video of this length, which i usually find boring pretty quickly.
oh look, it's kenadian 3:04 oh look, it's kenadian 4:18 oh look, it's kenadian 5:39 oh look, it's kenadian 5:40 I could keep going but I want to enjoy the video
There isn’t much solve. They gave all the information between the two videos. And the term ARG is very loose, considering that the only interaction with real life is that they are filming at the same time and the story is completed across multiple locations, even if it is across the same media platform. (ARGs are usually transmedia (across different sources of media), have some sort of interaction from the “player”, and is normally very interactive on all fronts (from firsthand puzzle solving to going to places yourself or doing your own research, or even going to hidden websites and learning new info)
This ARG ain't big (yet, seems like it would still grow) so game theory won't cover this yet, it would probably have to cover multiple channels with hundreds of videos over a couple of months for it to be big enough
I knew that Wifies is one of the most thoughtful and knowledgeable youtubers out there but I didnt know his storytelling was that of a genius. One day, I will re-watch this video and smile at how much I remeber this. One day, this will be one of the best storytelling videos, minecraft videos and one of the all time greats. Well done Wifies and Kenadian and Wato. You are amazing.
28:00 But then I had a very good idea. I used F5. See, using F5 gave me a whole new perspective and I was able to see a Kenadian I couldn't have seen before
I find it so cool that very briefly at 13:31 you can actually see kenadian peeking in above the Redstone! Edit: you can also see the edge of a name tag at 15:13 ! Edit 2: at 18:32 for 1 or 2 frames you can see the saturation effect! Edit 3: at 21:19 when wifies looks around very briefly you can see kenadian again!
this was honestly dope role play while still being a vid with some very smart players discovering bugs like i enjoy them, I'm very happy this hasn't dropped on april first actually so that the surprise stayed for a longer time
the quality of this is on par with RetroGamingNow's April Fools video, im starting to notice that the minecraft mystery youtubers have a knack for making the most elaborate april fools, AND I LOVE IT. kenadians part was amazing too but he missed the gameshow part
Every time Wifies was able to see Kenadian (before they meet up) (most of these are split-second, so I suggest going back 1-5 seconds before these moments to catch them): 3:05 4:18 5:39 , and separately, 5:40 13:31 - 13:33 , and separately, 13:36 , and again at 13:38 17:24 - 17:25 18:13 (edit) 20:06 (thx @LucasSkrobot-vn6bm) 21:19 Extra things Wifies probably wasn't supposed to see: 6:25 - Diamonds, I assume this was the win area. 6:55 - Smoke, I assume this was (spoilers if you didn't see Kenadian's video) where the Wifies clones were being slaughtered. (edit) 36:54 - 36:56 (thx @faland0069) - wato easter egg (late april fools egg?) Other interesting things: When showing off the map at 0:03 seconds, you can see the Wifies Clone Recycler(TM) on the right. Also, there isn't a chicken where the redstone puzzle with the skeleton turret is. In Kenadian's video, at 24:05 , evil Wifies flies in to kill a chicken. When looking at Kenadian's perspective, this chicken isn't spawned but is already there. How did the chicken get there? Is this the true reason why the chicken crossed the road? Scientists are working endlessly to find an answer.
@4:48-.-What I find interesting about this part is that his answer was technically a valid solution, but is not the correct one. However the one the items were in was the sword, which was the only one that was not a mob. So his thinking was definitely correct, he just paid attention to the wrong properties.
at 4:18 you can see Kenadian in the corner. It's very cool to actually include this in the video and this is a great late april fools video. Keep making awesome escape room video's like this, Wifies!

-Kenadian on the roof in the skeleton room (13:30)
-In the villager head room, while looking at his pickaxe there's a saturation buff that flashes for 1 tick (18:30)
-In the same room, he pauses revealing that he's on a multiplayer world (18:40)
3:06 he sees kenadian on roof
5:40 also sees him
25:08 he sees the clone factory outside the window
5:10 no other items drop from the pots besides sherds
Also 5:49 you see the blank pots Evil Wifies replaced
27:44 he points out the water kenadian used to catch the banners
These are extra ones that I noticed (sorry for spamming)
actually obSESSED with the thematic parallel with Wifies looking down on the clones just like Kenadian did on Wifies not an hour earlier
Ken even realizes the parallel in his video!
and even Wifies telling the clones below him to look up and then Kenadian calling his name so he himself looks up, doing what the other clones cannot
Bro the fact it carries over is insane. Great job to both of you. Saw that hints
4:37 you could also argue that you should break the sword because it's the only one that's not a mob
I was just about to comment this
Watch Ken's POV
You are right watch Ken's pov
As we saw from ken’s video, yeah this was the intended answer
Also there was a cut before he got the items
Minecraft: dementia edition
whats dementia?
Yeah it's not like there's anything that causes you to have multiple identity states that can act independently of eachother and have independent memories of different events. Right? .. >->
@@LiEnby if they did that would that have been offensive though
Edit: wow my comment here probably says something about society, jeez

27:40 lore moment and voice crack
The best part is he found kenadien with f5
4:18 WHAT HE DOING HERE????
XD I saw it also
Filming a video
Yeah what was he doing
@@lanro42 go check out his video to understand
It's a two part collab
5:17 evil wifies be carrying fr
HSHAJAHAJA
Actually it is wato
this was GREAT! Would totally watch another! I acctually was watching Ken's first and when the story really started I was like wait WUT???
45:55 glad to see kenadian in a role of kenadian
incredible performance
"It's just an April fools prank bro"
The April fools prank:
13:31 I love how you can just see kanadian plain as day
i especially love the villager head with the relation to the whole clone plot, since illagers have a whole thing with creating life like as a theme, and illagers are evil villagers. Evil Wifies is creating life (and the pots that Wifies shot also so happened to be the villager ones). Interesting…
7:37 I love the kenadian wool so much.
It actually is Kenadian colored wool (green and yellow) damn.
Such a mild refrence
THIS IS THE BEST APRIL FOOLS
kindof got zeemyth vibes near the end, 10/10
zeemyth mentioned, autism GO!
I love how you can see Kenadian in this from time to time, it really links the 2 videos together well
i love the detail of the wool blocks being yellow and green, the 2 "stand-out" colors of kenadian
om just realized
damn, this is a really great video. at the 'stressed' parts i got the same feeling i got playing one of those old fnaf games. you just are waiting for a kind of jumpscare to come but it doesnt happen. because of that it was really easy to watch a video of this length, which i usually find boring pretty quickly.
5:07 Villagers can actually hurt you by throwing fireworks after you win a raid.
Edit (2 months later): 434 likes!! Thank you all :-)
they can also hurt you by calling their bodyguard over
or alternatively, if they get struck by lighting and turned into a witch
In Ken's vedio they covered the fact it is wrong
It was a joke
@@056weom thats the iron golem hurting you, not the villager. and a witch is not a villager
the answer was sword was an item the others were entities
The fact that the videos were not uploaded on April first makes you actually believe it's real at the beginning. Makes the videos even better.
I love how if you pay close attention, you can see Kenadian at points, like the skeleton room
oh look, it's kenadian 3:04
oh look, it's kenadian 4:18
oh look, it's kenadian 5:39
oh look, it's kenadian 5:40
I could keep going but I want to enjoy the video
if only MatPat was still solving ARGs like this one
We need him to come back just for this
Maybe it is Tom’s first ARG?
There isn’t much solve. They gave all the information between the two videos.
And the term ARG is very loose, considering that the only interaction with real life is that they are filming at the same time and the story is completed across multiple locations, even if it is across the same media platform.
(ARGs are usually transmedia (across different sources of media), have some sort of interaction from the “player”, and is normally very interactive on all fronts (from firsthand puzzle solving to going to places yourself or doing your own research, or even going to hidden websites and learning new info)
Isn't it just a regular story in multiple videos?
I used F5. See, using F5 gave me a whole new perspective and I was able to see a Kenadian I couldn't have seen before
😮
😮😮
😮😮😮
😮😮😮😮
😮😮😮😮😮
4:54. coincidently the sword can also be the odd one out for not being a mob
it was the right one
If you watch Ken's video, you will see that was the right solution. Plus, it's kinda shown in the video in the flashback.
Hehehehehe
Alright, I commented this when it came up, so chill
It also just so happened ti be thr right answer. Evil Wifies broke and replaced the sword
Look at the description its a late April fools vid
this was honestly dope role play while still being a vid with some very smart players discovering bugs like i enjoy them, I'm very happy this hasn't dropped on april first actually so that the surprise stayed for a longer time
44:58 "the one telling this story is not him, its me" Bros has +2000 aura
I love it when two genuinely good youtubers collab, this is an example of that.
5:40 Nice blink-and-you-miss-it shot of the blank pots and Kenadian watching.
Cool
Yeah I see wat I saw
the quality of this is on par with RetroGamingNow's April Fools video, im starting to notice that the minecraft mystery youtubers have a knack for making the most elaborate april fools, AND I LOVE IT. kenadians part was amazing too but he missed the gameshow part
Every time Wifies was able to see Kenadian (before they meet up) (most of these are split-second, so I suggest going back 1-5 seconds before these moments to catch them):
3:05
4:18
5:39 , and separately, 5:40
13:31 - 13:33 , and separately, 13:36 , and again at 13:38
17:24 - 17:25
18:13
(edit) 20:06 (thx @LucasSkrobot-vn6bm)
21:19
Extra things Wifies probably wasn't supposed to see:
6:25 - Diamonds, I assume this was the win area.
6:55 - Smoke, I assume this was (spoilers if you didn't see Kenadian's video) where the Wifies clones were being slaughtered.
(edit) 36:54 - 36:56 (thx @faland0069) - wato easter egg (late april fools egg?)
Other interesting things:
When showing off the map at 0:03 seconds, you can see the Wifies Clone Recycler(TM) on the right.
Also 20:06
You can also use , and . keys to go back/forward 1 frame
Easier to see at 0.25 speed
Also 28:20
bro needs to be hired by FBI
this collab is so well put together, seeing both videos is so awesome and you can watch either one first as well and still follow the story
I love how you can actually see Kenadian at 5:39 watching wifies from above, love the detail
Closer to 5:40 and you have to pause at the right time
@@babyoilbottle yeah, i tried to give the viewer some time to react
the coolest goddamn sickass minecraft video ive ever seen. i watched both videos entirely even tho its 3 am for me. props to you both
same, and I agree 100%
Wooo 1:00 am for me!
27:41 this is a nice reference for anyone who watched kenadian’s video
Kenadian was there the whole time lol
For a split second you can see him 3:05
3:04
This was adorable! I came here from Kenadian and this was my first video of Wifies’s, but I loved both videos and I’m definitely subscribing now!
i came here from Kenadian’s video and. oh boy. this has a whole narrative and i got more invested in it than i do half the movies ive watched lmao
Kenadian is standing on the corner of the wall at 4:18
OMG THAT'S AWESOME
Yah saw that
@4:48-.-What I find interesting about this part is that his answer was technically a valid solution, but is not the correct one. However the one the items were in was the sword, which was the only one that was not a mob. So his thinking was definitely correct, he just paid attention to the wrong properties.
It’s gambling if there are no clues
4:18 you can literally see kenadian spying on him lol
Bro made an April fools feel like an ARG
no way Kenadian uploaded the wifies debunk at the same time lol
I think that's crazy
lmao i saw that too

This is one of the best collabs, storylines, and April fool pranks ever (Even if it is 3 months late)
I love the foreshadowing with the steamstacks in the last escape room and the factory lore! Small touch but amazing!
You can just see Kanadian pop up for a few frames on top of a wall here and there, it’s hilarious XD
at 4:18 you can see Kenadian in the corner. It's very cool to actually include this in the video and this is a great late april fools video. Keep making awesome escape room video's like this, Wifies!
This is an incredible collab, good job! (Even if it was really late.)
At 20:06, when he switches to second person, you can see a player watching him in the sky.
its kenadian
its kenadian wifies and him made an april fools colab (just like 3 months late)
watch until the end
i like how this turned into a normal escape room to a whole doppelgänger movie
the best part is when they meet up and then magically get into a discord call even in diifferent dimensions
29:39 bit of stalking
Good ol' stalking
I love this collab and I love how kenadian's vid was something like a mystery solving genre and wiffies' was more of a horror film. All around excellent production from both of them💖
I wish I knew as many things in school as I know about Minecraft lol

Maybe not physically but they sure know how to hurt your feelings. Hmm. 😥
I saw this before the kenadian video and honestly the twist in the end was really well crafted and very unexpected good job keep it up
i love how occasionally you can catch kenadian watching from above
both the concept and execution were phenomenal, but the acting portions are so funny 😭
4:17 kenadian in the top left corner spying on Wifies lol
the fact that you can see kenadian watching him as early as abt 3:14 for just a split second is great. really great storytelling i was enthralled the whole time, despite coming from ken's video first
for those of which who cannot tell (somehow), this is a late april fools collab between wifies and kenadian
i didn’t see the pinned comment godDAMMIT

The production for both of these is so good
This is the most insane collaboration of 2 youtubers I have ever seen.
5:37 if u pause the frame at the right time you can see that the middle left set of pots were replaced, meaning they were broken and re added, W foreshadowing.
Edit: 21:19 if you pause at the write moment you can literally see kenadian, lol.
