I love to see people who show those who feel they have no hope that there is still light, and an ended life isn't a good one. Anyone who feels the need to die, you ARE loved. Don't forget it! It hurts tooo much to watch someone you love die. And think about your parents, you may think that they were horrible, but that's a parents job, to push you to be better, to care for you. Think about it. You can try your hardest to scrape by with your kid(s), and yet you're still the one who has to bury them. It's not fair, and no parent should have to bury their child.

Of course i break down but i decided that need to focus on myself and on getting better even if its hard and that i need to let go of all the negative engery that was surrounding me I 'broke up' w my toxic bestfriend and i was the best thing i could've done
I talked to my Mom and are now in therapy dealing with Depression, PTSD, Anxiety and an sleeping disorder but I will fight and I want all of you to keep fighting because there is always a reason to live even if you don't see it yet♡

This song really relates to me. I had a really good friend, she was my best friend. I knew everything about her and she knew everything about me, we were like twins. People got us confused and called us each others name. We talked 24/7 and always tried to make plans on the weekends. But then everything just broke apart.. We stopped talking, well she stopped talking to me and I tried to reach out but she just ignored me.. I was breaking and I didn't tell anyone. After 2 months of rarely talking to her, I told her I was really upset and I missed her a lot. We now have moments were we are super close and happy but then the next moment we are like strangers. It really kills me when i'm not talking to her because before I could always talk to her and now I can't because i'm scared too. Does anyone have any advice?

It’s hurting again but I don’t know the reason, I’ve had laughs and a decent day today but there’s been a few things that made me feel like trash. I'm probably the only person who doesn't feel sad when listening to songs like these.I was so ok...and then I read the comments.I actually feel better when listening to songs like these,they always make me think how sadness in the past always leads to happiness in the future,it's heartwarming to me.Sadness hurts at the moment,but you'll be able to appreciate it for what it is only when you feel better.If you've felt better before,you can feel better again.

To feel better,force yourself to not think about stuff that'll make you sad.Not in like don't think about anything sad at all...even if that would still be okay when I explain something later.Just make sure to not think about personal stuff that'll make you depressed (not sad,they're two very different things)
I'm sure you're already thinking excluding sadness from your life completely is probably horrible for your mental health,it is,trust me.But your brain is smart,if it desperatly needs sadness it'll impulsively force all of these sad and depressive thoughts on you that'll make you have an emotional breakdown.
I know it sounds horrible,but don't worry...
1. It lasts 10 mins at most usually,and it's probably not worse than anything you've already thought in the past
2. You'll feel a lot better afterwards,ESPECIALLY if you know why it's happening
3. It's a good thing,it means your brain is working properly and is working hard to stay healthy
4.Maybe this is just me,but after it happens I don't just feel better,I feel extremely happy.Because it's cool and funny to me how the brain can do that,I like the idea of feeling sad and then getting better in the first place,it really tells me that I'm fine...also I'm weird and I think of my brain as a separate entity and I'm always grateful for it helping me,and it also gives me a reason to not hate it,that also makes me happy in itself.

Two years ago when i listened to this, i listened to it thinking about myself and how much my life, as i looked at it, sucked. Now that I’m in a better place mentally and ready to take on the world, someone close to me and my family dies. Abruptly, they left our lives and left everyone crying. Now i dont know how to feel again. The same song means something else to me and the same words coax and comfort me in a different way. I dont know what to do and since i wasnt directly close with them, i must not be mourning right? I must not feel the pain or the grief or the shock? But no i have to be tough for everyone to lean on me because there are others who lost their son, brother, husband, and father. Life is confusing aint it? Now i have regrets.
Live life to the fullest and please live with no regrets. Live life sharing love and making sure those who care about you know it. Sometimes cliches are real and people can really leave you in a blink of an eye.

I still suffer from Anxiety and panic attacks but I am at peace when by my self. When I'm alone in my room I'm at peace. And that's the main thing. You don't need others to comfort you when you can comfort yourself. Depression comes from within so what makes you think you can't heal it from within? everything hurts so badly. i can’t even explain it but i’m so sick of feeling this way. my depression and anxiety meds can’t seem to help as well anymore. it’s like no matter what i try this hurt is always there and i can’t seem to fix it or find why it hurts. everything makes me fall apart harder than before. i feel empty but full with emotions. no one realizes how lonely i actually am, sitting in a room 24/7 unable to make a friends because that pain prevents me from even speaking to someone.
