    The date and time on my frame keeps resetting to China when I restart. What I am having issues with is getting the device ID, it says NULL and keeps giving me an error message to do a factory reset. Help? Thank you!

      Hello Charlet, do not worry. Please check the SN number at the bottom of the tablet, then sent it and your question to support@ivankyo.com. They will provide you the right solution.
