  • Hi TH-cam Fam!!!
    I have been away for a while enjoying life and taking some much needed vacations. I am back with the most requested video on my channel. It took me some time to get it filmed, edited and posted for you all but I hope it is worth the wait. Just because you all have been so patient with me I included footage of how I framed my TV in my living room. This way you can see two different ways of framing a television. You can choose the one that best suits you! Please let me know if you have any questions or get stuck trying to recreate this design. It was a bit challenging for me to recreate the box after doing it the first time. When I originally framed my TV I had no idea what I was doing so I had to try and remember what worked and what didn’t work  Below are the measurements for my TV, Frames, and Shadow Box to give you an idea of how the measurements work and to also help you if I may have said the wrong measurements in the video. It was a long day of filming  Please also excuse the loud neighbors that you her in the background and the noise from the wind. I somehow choose the windiest day in this scorching summer weather.
    Bedroom Measurements (Detailed Frame)
    TV = 44 5/8” x 26 3/8”
    Frame = 44 ¾” x 26 ½”
    Shadow Box = 45 5/8” x 27 3/8
    Living Room Measurements (Less Detailed Frame)
    TV = 44 ½” x 26”
    Frame = 45 ½” x 27”
    “Shadow Box Frame was purchased”
    When measuring for your shadow box, I just added an inch to all of my TV measurements. My frame was very wide so I just made sure that the shadow box was bigger than the TV and small than the outer part of the frame. I added an inch to the TV measurements to the living room TV as well since this wasn’t a fully custom frame I was just making sure the frame went around the frame and didn’t have to large of gaps going around. I didn’t want to see the wall or the inside of the frame. Again please let me know if any of you have any questions. I look forward to see how many of you attempt to try and frame your TV’s.
    Until next week!
    Ciao!!

    Does the heat off the flat-screen TV complicate the TV frame, case? If the TV can not "cool down" after use damage could occur.

    No need to have to reverse the drill when drilling pilot holes. Keep the gas on and just pull it out.

    Somthing is wrong with the marketing...youre too hot to have on 5k views!!! No commercials? sponsorship? Links embedded in the video? Subscribe buttons? Anyway planning on doing this with LEDs in the back and a wood panel wall....wish me luck

      @@staciakarcher It is bad for your neck. You want the center of your tv to be at 40 inches from the ground. You are going to kink your neck and the image will look distorted.

      It’s a DIY, not a pro video. I am a beginner and I think I can follow her instructions . My only problem is getting the electric and cable hidden behind the TV. That’s going to be the expensive part I believe. Any tips?
