Hello, I just finished making this sweater using this tutorial! As a beginner, I made a few mistakes but the sweater turned out great! Thank you for this tutorial, your instructions were well explained and easy to follow! Will make this sweater again.
Thanks for this video. I glad I self taught myself to knit I love it more than crochet. Being I crocheted for many years I held my yarn in my left hand . So much easier for me and i always hated the purls until I learned to Norwegian stitch and now purls but with the Norwegian it’s so much easier . So if y’all hold your yarn in the left hand and don’t like to purl then I Highly suggest Norwegian purls. No more moving yarn from front to back in between purl and knits . You can thank me later haha
thank you for sharing this tutorial. Very beautiful sweater and the way you do it is so easy to follow. I am attempting to do my first knit raglan sweater ever. Hope i make it as good as you, 🙂👍✨🧶
Kinda easy, but some parts could be more explainable like magic loop for example for beginners who don’t know what it is. Love this sweater pattern and the yarn choice. Like how you showed exactly which stitches to use.
Thank you very much for your precious time. You are such a beautiful and wonderful person to take time and share💞🙏. Now thanks to you once again I'm gonna master it💃. Knitting hear I come❤❤❤❤🙏💞
wonderful tutorial!🫶 but I just can’t understand what to do when you start knitting a sleeve? What to do with those 4 stitches that we made when connecting the front and back parts?
Hii! With smaller needles, it's just matter of using more stitches to make up for the gauge difference. At the beginning, you may need to make some change. You might need to adjust your beginning st number (56 sts for me). Figure out your beginning st numbers for front/back panel (16 for me) and sleeves (8 for me) using the method I showed in the video. From here, there needn't be any change. Increase in the same way at the 4 increase spot. Stop increasing when the piece is big enough and begin working sweater body in the round as usual. The ribbing and sleeves can be done in the same way. I hope this helps!
Yes, you can use 4 or 5 straight needles to act like a circular one and work in the round, using 1 of the 4 or 5 needles as the working needle. You can look this up; I'm sure there are tutorials on this.
Everything went well until the tubular knitting instructions :(. I found that part really confusing edit: I figured it out, otherwise its a nice tutorial

love it !! thanks so much
No problem! ❤
thank you!!
My pleasure 🥰
wonderful tutorial!🫶 but I just can’t understand what to do when you start knitting a sleeve? What to do with those 4 stitches that we made when connecting the front and back parts?
Basically, you are knitting into those stitches from the sleeve side.
Hi! Love your tutorial! Where did you get your knitting needles? I really like how they look and I would love to something like them🥰
Hi! Thank you so much! I think the ones in this video, I got them on ebay or amazon. It's a set of different sizes, very convenient🥰
What length is the cord of the needles ?
ik this video is a year old so I'm probably never gonna get a response but: how did you put the stitches back onto the knitting needles?
I just took my time and thread the needle back through the loops using the scrap yarn as a guide.
Hii, I hope this to be my first knit project ad a crocheter, I was wandering how much yarn (gr or meters) did you use for this sweater.
Hi! It's been some time but I think I used 3 balls of this yarn.
Nice
😚😚😚
Cudny 😊
Hey i know this is late but do you transfer just by putting the stitches on the needle or actually knit?
Just by putting the stitches on the needle I think, because my needles were different sizes.
@@CherilynQ thank you so much!!! I love your video it is truly so helpful!
@@isaac13117 aww I’m so glad! And you’re welcome!
What length of knitting needle cable…?
How much yarn did you use for your sweater?
She still hasn’t answered 😭
I just finished this sweater 😭 I used 4 skeins
How many yards? @@kaolineb630
@@kaolineb630 how many yards was it?
@@kaolineb630 was the yarn that you used the same category (5)? and how many grams were the skeins?
Hi! I want to use a different yarn and smaller needles. How can I do? Thank you!

for the main body, do we stop increasing and just knit?
Just knit ❤
Can I use any yarn to make this sweater? And do you have a digital pattern?
I think it should be fine since raglan style makes it very easy to adjust the size. I don't have a digital pattern for this yet, sorry
do you have a sizing guide? for example i am a extra large
I don't have a sizing guide but this is made-to-measure which can provide a better fit.
is it possible to do this without circular needles???
Yes, you can use 4 or 5 straight needles to act like a circular one and work in the round, using 1 of the 4 or 5 needles as the working needle. You can look this up; I'm sure there are tutorials on this.
Everything went well until the tubular knitting instructions :(. I found that part really confusing
edit: I figured it out, otherwise its a nice tutorial
What is the gauge?
is there a pattern anywhere ?
I don't have a pattern for this, sorry.
What is the size of your needles
6.5 mm 01:28
@@CherilynQ but what is the length of the cord?
