To help with the feel try increasing Steering Torque Sensitivity. You can run it over 100%. I have a simucube sport and run that setting at 160. It increases the wheel weight and I think you can feel more at low speeds. I also run high FFB. Brake feel is still not the best in this sim but I find this helps.

I also increased brake force on my pedals, but decreased brake pressure for car settings as well (70 + or -)
