The rhythm section during the solo is like an anime opening. Marty influenced?
Very well could have been! I know Marty has said in interviews that he had more influence on this album's writing process as opposed to an album like rip where it was pretty much done before he was in the band
@@ShawnMcNair I think if you take any of his riff writing since CTE to Risk and you'll notice those japanese influenced pop chord progressions (the she wolf melody line during the chorus also comes to mind)
