@papagen00 We understand and respect your perspective on the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. It's crucial to consider various viewpoints on historical figures and locations. Our aim was to showcase a broad spectrum of what Taipei has to offer, including its rich history and cultural landmarks. If you have other sites in Taipei that you're passionate about or feel deserve more attention, we'd love to hear your recommendations! Every traveler's itinerary can be unique, and we're all about tailoring experiences to match personal interests and values. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

That's a pretty superficial take. History is not about wiping away the past and pretending things never happened, it's documenting the past and preventing the same from happening again. The name of Chiang Kai Shek Memorial Hall HAS been an issue for the Taiwanese people, but if you took time to understand what happened, you wouldn't be so quick to judge: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Renaming_of_Chiang_Kai-shek_Memorial_Hall
