We were wondering how do we get the full trip value of a token (NTD160) when the vending machines only give out up to NTD60? For this do we need to go and line up at the ticket counter? Thanks again!

There always an "Information Counter" at the entrance of MRT station. You can ask the staff to help you. No worries. 😊
