Suleiman gets pleased that İbrahim and Hatice has got back together. However, Hürrem gets disturbed about that. Nigar looks for a way to away from the men who want to marry her.
Prince Mustafa wants to take Helena in his harem, but Helena doesn't know who Mustafa really is. Yahya of Taşlıca steps in and convinces Helena's father to break the engagement. Helena becomes happy that the engagement is broken but gets devastated when she learns that she'll be taken in the Prince's harem.
The rivalling betweem Sultana Hürrem and Firuze hots up day by day. Suleiman decides to go to the Hunting Lodge with his princes. He wants to take Firuze with her. Hürrem gets very upset about it since she has thought she would also go there. However, the preparations for the Hunting Lodge gets interrupted surprisingly. It's time for Hürrem to finish things about Firuze.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

11:46 is where the real reason behind her success ( in the show). She constantly reminded her children that their father is also their ruler and he is to be respected now matter what he says or does. This is where the other sultana’s kept messing up; doesn’t matter what your relationship is with the Sultan- at the end of the day he is still Sultan and legally can do what he wants. His sister, Mahidevran, and even Mustafa would often forget this and that’s where they kept making a mistake. He may love his family but he Sultan first and foremost.

I realize hurrem was jealous but it would have been wiser to cultivate firuze instead of antagonizing her. I love their costumes but the women's dress is more like an English or European attire than ottoman empire clothing.
