New Brake Shoe & Drum Kit from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ia/1ABDS00582
This video shows you how to install rear brake drums and shoes on your 1993-1997 Ford Ranger. Even though they are an older technology, you still find drum brakes on the rear of many modern vehicles. Like disc brakes, the brake drum and shoes will wear down over time, requiring replacement.
This process should be similar on the following vehicles:
1993 Ford Ranger
1994 Ford Ranger
1995 Ford Ranger
1996 Ford Ranger
1997 Ford Ranger

The best one I have seen !
I would gladly pay to get this done😢😮
youve got the adjuster on backwards bub i want my money back!
I'm working on a 96 with 10" drums. Whatever you're working on is different than mine.
….And thank you for this video by the way. I was able to do the rear brake in my own.
Wow thanks going to try this going to see if it works lots of rackett coming from rear brakes
Thanks for great video
Thanks for showing. it was helpfull
Oh man I was hoping you might have touched on the hydraulic wheel cylinder a bit more, but it seems this video is more for regular periodic brake maintenance not so much a fluid leak.
Still a good video I'll use as a reference to support my Chilton manual information though. Time to do some more research in the ranger playlist you've made before deciding whether or not I take it on myself, luckily I'm in good standing with a family friends auto shop just in case I mess something up lol.
What is another name for the “E-Brake bracket”?? I need a new one along with that short hose and spring.
Save up money and just get a disc break conversion kit, and make future break jobs a lot less of a springy headache.
nice job
Thanks for showing me the video but you used the wrong tools and your put in the adjuster will the wrong direction. Should proper tools
These are 9” brakes for everyone watching.
The adjuster is installed the wrong way round.
The toothed wheel will get away from the adjusting lever as it opens up.
And it might never adjust in the first place
I noticed that, will it not allow the e brake to auto adjust?
Why not use new hardware for your time?
😂
