No, that wasn't Nolan North xD, he is in this game tho. Here are a couple other prolific voice actors who appear in this game. Jason Zumwalt, Dave Fennoy, Troy Baker. Most of them play background NPCs.
26:40 This cutscene is broken, he was supposed to drive in with a cart through the door and knock over the shelves that Luca used to barricade the door. These are the bugs I was talking about xD
You kinda got rid of the possibility of owning a cool car by blowing up Luca's Shubert Frigate. It's really nice and you coulda drove it back home xD.

Some non spoiler lore that's not told in the game!
At the time Mafia 1 is happening, Empire Bay is going through a rough crime war called "The Vinci-Moretti War" You even picked up a newspaper mentioning it briefly in Mafia 1. It ended when Moretti's man Carlo Falcone betrayed him and help Vinci, who in return rewarded him with his own family, which you and Joe are starting to work for now.

at 3:16, if you put it at 0.25x speed, you can see the woman gets teleported out of the way of the car you bumped into, so I think you are in the clear on killing her lol.
