Volleyball is my favorite but I’m really curious to see where Future is going, like the grand finale... and I expected at least some sort of Steven and Connie interaction by now.

Those two episodes are the ones I have related the most as I’m currently going through the same thing ... so yeah those for me will be quite high on the list
my rankings are : 10) Bluebird - I didn't like the concept of this episode,but the execution is a lot better then expected. Unpopular opinion,but i didn't like the scene where Steven accidentally roast Amethysts drawing. I though it was super awkward and unpleasant. I did enjoy Bluebird as a character,that scene where Greg cuts his own hair to save his life truly shocked me.Over all it is my least favorite episode so far,its still a great episode. 9) Prickly Pair - It was a very interesting episode and quite as i expected. Cactus Steven was really scary to me. When any character got hurt by Cactus Steven (especially Pearl), i can just feel the pain. The only thing that bothers me is how in the end just stops. 8) Little Homeschool - Such a great start,i really enjoyed the first half,but when we get to Jasper,that's where it gets really good. The between Steven and Jssper is probably my second favorite only behind Reuniteds battle. Don't have anything else to say. 7) Guidance - Very funny episode. From the Rubys, to the Little Larimar and Smokey Quartz was seriously awesome in this episode. And that plot twist that Steven can use his pink powers even if he's fused is seriously awesome and it makes sense why it's Smokey since she's the first fusion Steven fused with the Crystal Gems. Did i mention this episode is funny 6) A Very Special Episode - I never stooped laughing at this episode. Rainbow 2.0 and Sunstone were a big highlight and there so many memorable moments. From Amethyst all of a sudden appeared and said that iconic line,to Garnet saying "NOOOOOOO" to...pretty much any Pearls reaction. Definitely one of the most re watchable episode in SUF. 5) Why So Blue - The very first Lapis center episode where she's actually happy with her life is such a breath of fresh hair. Lapis is one of my favorite charecter in SUF and i do understand why people don't like her,but after this episode i think those people are a lot happier with Lapis. Anyways what can i say about this episode. The battle is very interesting, the song is really beautiful, i love all 4 characters in this episode (ironically,this episode has only 2 voice actors),the planet is so beautiful to look at. It's probably the most pleasing to the eyes episode ever. There a lot of things to talk about,but i wont waist any more time 4)Little Graduation - Easily the most real episode so far. It pretty much talks about moving on and saying goodbye to your friends you grew up and love. I can totally relate to. I have a best friend in Elementary school when i was in 7th grade. It was my darkest year since i had a bully there.so we decided to move to a different classes.and that time i met him. He's a really fun person to hang out,but like most of us,after we graduate Elementary school we moved on with our life to a different school. We don't talk and especially see each others in person that much,but when we do it's a fun time. So i can really relate to both Steven and this episode. 3) Snow Day - it's such a fun episode. I love how they referenced a lot of things like Cheese Burger Backpack and Together Breakfast. And i'm seriously glad to see that Cat Steven is okay. But what really steals this episode is Steven Tag. I love how insane and over the top some moments are. Like the fusion Stevens, that never gets old. And the plot twist that Pearl actually wants to shapeshift is seriously great to see. 2) Rosebuds - Another relatable episode,but i think this is by far the funniest episode (not even a comedy center episode like Guidance and A Very Special Episode) . I really love Steven in this episode so much. He's such a lovable,kind being while he still felt really uncomfortable to the Rose Quartzes .And the reactions to them are just priceless. 1) Volleyball - What can i say about this episode. No seriously what can i. It's a fan favorite so far. there's a lot of fantastic moments in this episode. We have Pink Pearl is older then our Pearl, we have more reviews on what Pink Diamond did,we have the most emotionally beautiful ending in SUF,we have introduction to my new favorite fusion ever Mega Pearl and we have my favorite scene in SU history, Steven snaped at the Pearls and yelled in full on rage. This episode is everything what makes Steven Universe so fantastic.

Prickly pair is by far one if my favorite episodes I really connect with Steven here and I think this episode is underrated I could get into it more but I think this is enough
Yes I do think it was amazing, but episodes such as volleyball manage to get this through in a more connected way, but Prickly Pair would still be one the upper end of my top ten
You know, I think Little Graduation has a deeper meaning. In this episode Steven feels that everyone has moved on without him and he is being left behind by all his friends. This is pretty much what happened with Spinel despite different situations.

The episodes I enjoyed most: 1- A very special episode: so fun yet nostalgic episode, bringing the old dramatic Pearl and ironic Garnet plus two of my favorite fusions. 2 - Snow day: another real fun episode, had action, fan service, Pearl developemente wow and the fair amount of emotive parts. We also got to see how Steven's life changes in small details 3 - Volleyball: it was really well constructed, full fan service, love Pink Pearl, love the new location and also Deedee Magno Hall deserves a medal for this one. 4 - Little Graduation: cute episode, we finally got an updatr on Lars and Sadie's relationship plus a very emotional episode, an awesome song and new Pink Diamond powers. I'm sad they only kissed once in the serie but I'm happy for them and hope we get to see Lars' space adventures and Sheb on SUF.
Honestly, adleast in my opinion, every single episode has been good so far, and I can't wait to see where it goes from here! Though the corruption theory and Steven basically turning into how his mom started out makes me nervous.
Your review of Snowday is so off point. You literally didnt catch the point of the episode. Steven is trying to be more mature and independent but the gems are afraid of losing him. They still want to be of use to and spend time with Steven and take care of him like when he was little so they do the tag game in order to try and bring the old Steven back. However by doing so they ignore his wishes to further his development in life.

Snow day was best Great music in Steven tag Showed off fusions again Pearl finally shapeshifted Steven worked out he’s not a kid anymore with gems And was just really fun to watch
I feel like Prickly Pair isn’t being seen as the catalyst that it is; Steven finally started venting out his emotions without hesitation. But because of the specific circumstances of who he was talking to, it backfired on him and now he’s back to repressing his emotions, probably even more so than before. It’s definitely gonna build up until the kid just can’t hold it in anymore.
Favorite eps to me is 1. When Steven met his sisters 2.When Steven learned about the crack on Volleyball’s face 3. When Steven made Cactus Steven 4. When Steven met the other Lapis Lazuli’s.
anderson_beauty I could see that, though if you look at it more in detail, I am sure you can find something for you! If you are into the jokes, rewatch to see the ones you missed out on, if you like the story, try to pick up on a coherent thing in all the episode and if you like character development, then look to see how the characters have changed and so on and so forth.

Y'know, I've found the show a little lacking on one specific character; Bismuth. Bismuth is a character who BADLY needs more character development. She's appeared even less than Jasper in the entire series, and has only had *one* episode of character development (Made Of Honor), and clearly has more room to grow, unlike most of the other characters this season has focused on. There's also been little-to-no advancement concerning Connie, considering she hasn't even said a single word this entire season.
Despite all the different scenarios in each episode, one thing remains constant; all the "Steven becomes corrupted" theories are starting to appear more valid, as the story progresses. On a side note; with Snow Day, I saw it as less of Steven growing up and more him pushing aside the elements of his personality that Gems felt drawn to. These being his fun-loving personality, his friendliness, his optimism, his hopeful nature and him wanting to enjoy life with family and friends. But over the course of Future; he's not only been pushing those parts of him aside, he's also become rather...cynical. Now, I know what you're thinking; "he's a teenager, they're always cynical." I've seen such people for myself, growing up...but never at Steven's extremes. Since Steven's been feeling devoid of purpose, now that both people and Gems are coping rather well without him; he's becoming a shadow of his former self. If something else happens, like say...Connie leaving him (as so many have speculated since Little Graduation;) he'll probably snap and the Steven WE know could be gone forever
I disagree with how people are interpreting Steven’s development in Prickly Pair. Steven’s issues are not going to be solved right away and if they were it wouldn’t be as realistic. I don’t wanna get too into it, but I relate to Steven a lot in the last two episodes. But I’ve been going through what he’s going through for about a year now. This isn’t gonna be something he can get over right away. The resolution to his more negative emotions need time and patience or else he might continue to bottle them up

I do think that Snowday was an underwhelming episode. I thought they were gonna have all the crystal gems! Like, Bismuth, Peridot, and Lapis! But, no. I also thought they were gonna include Connie because she hasn't even been MENTIONED since Little Homeschool! Like, girl, stop studying for once and hang out with Steven or something!

I do see where you are coming from, and I do respect your opinion, but sunstone isn’t exactly a great fusion in my opinion, she is literally there only for jokes, and I can’t think of a moment where I can take her seriously. Though she isn’t the worst out there and I wouldn’t mind having another episode with her, she just doesn’t have anything really going for her.
P.S. I really liked a Special episode and her jokes, I would just like to see her personality out of that, but because we haven’t seen that, I find it hard to see why I should care about her.

There really wasn't anything enjoyable to me about a very special episode. Onion is still as annoying as ever to watch, sunstone is a bore to see, and in the end the whole episode never happened? This just seemed like a waste of time to me and probably the worst episode of the entirety of Steven Universe imo
I find it so funny that your least best and my best are totally swapped. I didn't hate Little Graduation and I can relate to the message, but I didn't like how the new character came in and was able to pinpoint the issue before anyone else. If they expand on the character my opinion might change, but it just felt like that trope of some outsider coming in and speaking for the audience or a showrunner, but I only feel like that works for more comedic scenes. That scene boarder on comedic by the end, but I would have rather it have been more serious given how strong a factor comedy has been in this season.
I heard someone on Reddit point out that maybe Shep had already been through the crisis Steven is going through, and although that would make sense, it seems like way too much of a coincidence.
@@ztrike4402 I'm sure anyone can pull a reason out of their butts but story wise it still feel contrived unless it gets explained down the line. If they do then I'll look at that and change my opinion if I feel it necessary, but otherwise it seems out of nowhere and forced.

Plus the climax was just a rehash of that Sardonyx episode where Pearl and Garnet was about to get crushed by the walls closing in on them. I get the message and i appreciated it but the flaws outweighed the positives in my opinion.

I could see that, but try to look deeper in, a lot of the humor and elements of the episode I found are hidden deeper then a first viewing. If you still don’t enjoy it, don’t force yourself to watch it, but just give it a chance to change and overcome why you don’t like it.

I can see why little graduation is your favorite and it really was one of mine too. It’s something many people can really connect with. But I also liked prickly pair not only because I can relate to it, but because it shows how much Steven has been getting affected by everything so far. Also I thought cactus Steven was cute.

I thought Guidance was the worst episode so far. I still loved it and thought the comedy was hilarious, however, there is one major problem, Steven. Steven's character seemed different in this episode. He wouldn't ignore Amethyst in earlier seasons, he would have listened to her. In Guidance, he seems to be ignoring Amethyst for the sake of a plot. So Guidance was the worst episode, however, I stilled enjoyed the episode and would rate it a 6.5/10.
Cactus Steven was alot less threatening, but I'd say the same with the Lapis gems, Azurite, and Jasper so far too. But the thing that does make it threatening is that it brings forward more of Steven's issues, and is sort of like a metaphor. While it would've been nice to have his individual issues dealt with instead of a big clump of issues and problems, it opens the doorway to addressing the underlying trauma that's causing them to begin with. They all represent themes in future and major (or potentially major) plot points.
Bluebird is the worst plotwhise episode,is just "Bad guy turn Good guy only to turn Bad again" trope and the gems are unlikable and blind,bluebird is a good villan but too closed

You know, I think Little Graduation has a deeper meaning. In this episode Steven feels that everyone has moved on without him and he is being left behind by all his friends. This is pretty much what happened with Spinel despite different situations.
Prickly pair is overrated no offense
Sunstone makes me smile, it's Garnet's wisdom and parentual guidance on 90s steroids and I love it.

The episodes I enjoyed most:
1- A very special episode: so fun yet nostalgic episode, bringing the old dramatic Pearl and ironic Garnet plus two of my favorite fusions.
2 - Snow day: another real fun episode, had action, fan service, Pearl developemente wow and the fair amount of emotive parts. We also got to see how Steven's life changes in small details
3 - Volleyball: it was really well constructed, full fan service, love Pink Pearl, love the new location and also Deedee Magno Hall deserves a medal for this one.
4 - Little Graduation: cute episode, we finally got an updatr on Lars and Sadie's relationship plus a very emotional episode, an awesome song and new Pink Diamond powers. I'm sad they only kissed once in the serie but I'm happy for them and hope we get to see Lars' space adventures and Sheb on SUF.

Honestly, adleast in my opinion, every single episode has been good so far, and I can't wait to see where it goes from here! Though the corruption theory and Steven basically turning into how his mom started out makes me nervous.
My least favorite episode it why so blue since I felt it was rushed. It was still hilarious and entertaining but it’s my least favorite.
Little Homeschool wasn’t really that good, in my opinion.

Your review of Snowday is so off point. You literally didnt catch the point of the episode. Steven is trying to be more mature and independent but the gems are afraid of losing him. They still want to be of use to and spend time with Steven and take care of him like when he was little so they do the tag game in order to try and bring the old Steven back. However by doing so they ignore his wishes to further his development in life.

I feel like Prickly Pair isn’t being seen as the catalyst that it is; Steven finally started venting out his emotions without hesitation. But because of the specific circumstances of who he was talking to, it backfired on him and now he’s back to repressing his emotions, probably even more so than before. It’s definitely gonna build up until the kid just can’t hold it in anymore.

anderson_beauty I could see that, though if you look at it more in detail, I am sure you can find something for you! If you are into the jokes, rewatch to see the ones you missed out on, if you like the story, try to pick up on a coherent thing in all the episode and if you like character development, then look to see how the characters have changed and so on and so forth.

Nope. Saw someone on YT say an episode was coming out on January 11 about the Diamonds and Spinel but they have no sources.
My personal favourite is Bluebird, and azurite is also my favourite gemstone IRL
Y'know, I've found the show a little lacking on one specific character; Bismuth. Bismuth is a character who BADLY needs more character development. She's appeared even less than Jasper in the entire series, and has only had *one* episode of character development (Made Of Honor), and clearly has more room to grow, unlike most of the other characters this season has focused on. There's also been little-to-no advancement concerning Connie, considering she hasn't even said a single word this entire season.
Little graduation *hit* me like it still makes me sad it's too realistic
Despite all the different scenarios in each episode, one thing remains constant; all the "Steven becomes corrupted" theories are starting to appear more valid, as the story progresses.
On a side note; with Snow Day, I saw it as less of Steven growing up and more him pushing aside the elements of his personality that Gems felt drawn to. These being his fun-loving personality, his friendliness, his optimism, his hopeful nature and him wanting to enjoy life with family and friends.
But over the course of Future; he's not only been pushing those parts of him aside, he's also become rather...cynical. Now, I know what you're thinking; "he's a teenager, they're always cynical." I've seen such people for myself, growing up...but never at Steven's extremes.
Since Steven's been feeling devoid of purpose, now that both people and Gems are coping rather well without him; he's becoming a shadow of his former self. If something else happens, like say...Connie leaving him (as so many have speculated since Little Graduation;) he'll probably snap and the Steven WE know could be gone forever
My favorite is Vollyball. My least favorite is Rose Buds.

I disagree with how people are interpreting Steven’s development in Prickly Pair. Steven’s issues are not going to be solved right away and if they were it wouldn’t be as realistic. I don’t wanna get too into it, but I relate to Steven a lot in the last two episodes. But I’ve been going through what he’s going through for about a year now. This isn’t gonna be something he can get over right away. The resolution to his more negative emotions need time and patience or else he might continue to bottle them up

In my opinion, it's the absolute worst fusion.
She's all about safety and seems like they're meant for children.
Just my opinion, though.
I do see where you are coming from, and I do respect your opinion, but sunstone isn’t exactly a great fusion in my opinion, she is literally there only for jokes, and I can’t think of a moment where I can take her seriously. Though she isn’t the worst out there and I wouldn’t mind having another episode with her, she just doesn’t have anything really going for her.
P.S. I really liked a Special episode and her jokes, I would just like to see her personality out of that, but because we haven’t seen that, I find it hard to see why I should care about her.

There really wasn't anything enjoyable to me about a very special episode. Onion is still as annoying as ever to watch, sunstone is a bore to see, and in the end the whole episode never happened? This just seemed like a waste of time to me and probably the worst episode of the entirety of Steven Universe imo
I find it so funny that your least best and my best are totally swapped.
I didn't hate Little Graduation and I can relate to the message, but I didn't like how the new character came in and was able to pinpoint the issue before anyone else. If they expand on the character my opinion might change, but it just felt like that trope of some outsider coming in and speaking for the audience or a showrunner, but I only feel like that works for more comedic scenes. That scene boarder on comedic by the end, but I would have rather it have been more serious given how strong a factor comedy has been in this season.
I heard someone on Reddit point out that maybe Shep had already been through the crisis Steven is going through, and although that would make sense, it seems like way too much of a coincidence.
@@ztrike4402 I'm sure anyone can pull a reason out of their butts but story wise it still feel contrived unless it gets explained down the line. If they do then I'll look at that and change my opinion if I feel it necessary, but otherwise it seems out of nowhere and forced.

Plus the climax was just a rehash of that Sardonyx episode where Pearl and Garnet was about to get crushed by the walls closing in on them. I get the message and i appreciated it but the flaws outweighed the positives in my opinion.

I could see that, but try to look deeper in, a lot of the humor and elements of the episode I found are hidden deeper then a first viewing. If you still don’t enjoy it, don’t force yourself to watch it, but just give it a chance to change and overcome why you don’t like it.

I can see why little graduation is your favorite and it really was one of mine too. It’s something many people can really connect with. But I also liked prickly pair not only because I can relate to it, but because it shows how much Steven has been getting affected by everything so far. Also I thought cactus Steven was cute.

I thought Guidance was the worst episode so far. I still loved it and thought the comedy was hilarious, however, there is one major problem, Steven. Steven's character seemed different in this episode. He wouldn't ignore Amethyst in earlier seasons, he would have listened to her. In Guidance, he seems to be ignoring Amethyst for the sake of a plot. So Guidance was the worst episode, however, I stilled enjoyed the episode and would rate it a 6.5/10.

Prickly pair was easily one of my favorites just because of the emotional weight and relatability
Cactus Steven was alot less threatening, but I'd say the same with the Lapis gems, Azurite, and Jasper so far too. But the thing that does make it threatening is that it brings forward more of Steven's issues, and is sort of like a metaphor. While it would've been nice to have his individual issues dealt with instead of a big clump of issues and problems, it opens the doorway to addressing the underlying trauma that's causing them to begin with. They all represent themes in future and major (or potentially major) plot points.
Bluebird is the worst plotwhise episode,is just "Bad guy turn Good guy only to turn Bad again" trope and the gems are unlikable and blind,bluebird is a good villan but too closed
