It might be too much to ask but another gem war where a bunch of rebelling gems some of which we’ve seen in the main series. And this time Steven is involved. Eventually and hopefully the battles will be on home world and then the diamond evacuate it and that’s how Steven gets corrupted I think that would be cool. But probably not.

Something I've noticed with all these antagonists is the fact they have some connection with Steven in some shape or form except for wormy boy and its making me wonder, while the self corruption theories have been made I'm starting to think corruption isn't needed for it to be Steven, what if Pink Steven creates wormy boy by hijacking Steven's body and shapeshifting into the kaiju doing terrible things with good intentions all with Steven being unaware for the most part.

@Dinkerberg Pipaloski yeah. Peridot was already curious about fusion but refused to try it and Lapis has a trauma about it, so a chapter of them going to therapy with Garnet so they can open themselves to others would be a great resolution for both plus a great interaction between Lapis and one of the main CG.

Dont get your hopes up. Watch the worm be an actual worm Steven accidentally steps on and cries it back to life, but then it gets corrupted by his unstable emotions and turns into an evil spikey worm. And watch it get redeemed in less than 30 seconds over a cup of tea.

However many episodes are left of Future, I and many others (I imagine) hope for the following things to be addressed/shown.
10. Jasper's OFFICIAL redemption (what happened in Guidance only felt like a tiny stepping stone.)
9. The reveal of what was in that chest in Lion's mane
8. The "secret" behind Steven's birth
7. The Diamonds becoming aware of Gems trying to stop Steven's work (Eyeball, Aquamarine, possibly Holly Blue and Curly Lapis)
6. The Gems FINALLY allowing Steven to be more Human and less Gem
5. STEVEN allowing himself to be more human
4. Him and Connie becoming official lovers
3. Mystery Girl's return
2. Centi/Nephrite having a friendly moment with Steven after so long.
and the No. 1 thing I'd like to see happen is...Steven FINALLY meeting his mother and getting the FULL STORY from her. I know Rose said in her video to Steven that they can't both exist. But if Pearl can summon an image of Rose from her own Gem, I imagine Steven could do so through HIS.
Only instead of speaking only when he does, it'll truly be her in front of him. But this time, she'll truly be like a being of light (sort of like a half-ghost/half-hologram sort of thing)
Gems are like computers. Steven overwrote over Pink's. This is why flashbacks are currputed threw Steven's perspective.
If the creators continually say she's not coming back in any way, she's not coming back. Please don't be that one person who responded to a member of the crew saying, "no that's bullshit" etc.

I went back to watch a show called Megas XLR. It aired on CN when I was a kid. I was shocked to find that it's average run time was 22min as apposed to today's 11min run time. Makes me depressed to know each 30min block on cartoon network is ~66% commercials.

Haven’t watched the video yet, but I just wanted to say that I think Connie is going to get accepted into college early and it’s going to be what sends Steven over the edge. I also think Spinel is going to come back and be the one to console Steven about people “drifting away”
The final art book (which details all the character's full arcs) releases in July. It has to finish completely before then.

After seeing Spinel mess easy things up, she accidentally causes self corruption

Pearl, Garnet, and Amethyst try to cheer Steven up after he quit homeschool but Steven wants to be left alone causing corruption

Mandy H - Exactly! And it’s becoming more and more believable each episode. Steven’s powers are gonna spiral out of control and he’s gonna get corrupted any time soon. From Jasper, we know that stress can increase corruption. Maybe it can even cause corruption? We still don’t know much about corruption anyway.
The Future is a much needed therapy.

I think the season will span between 3 parts
1:the start is the 10 episodes we just got introducing all the new villains (jasper bluebird mean lapis)
2:the middle is where we see the siege of little home world with all those villains ending with Steven takeing a vacation from beach city in order for him to get corrupted.
3: Is the actual series finale that showcases both the pink white diamond and the giant wormy boi equaling in 30 episodes

Reeeeeeaally hope there’s at least a little more than 20 episodes. There’s just so much about the world we haven’t explored yet and definitely a lot of material that could still be made from it.

The title has so many futures
I do hope that we get to see more of Jasper, Bluebird and Volleyball- It would be a bit weird to let these characters only appear for 1 episode. While unfused and flying away, Ruby and Aquamarine did tell Steven that they would be back. After all, why wouldn't we get a proper arc?

Basically, MOST LIKELY 10-13 eps are coming in April
I kind of have an idea in mind for a Sequel-series (or side-series or something) titled: Steven Universe: Beyond Steven, now i’m pretty sure you can get what’s the idea and what’s primarily about through the title alone, but just in case you won’t, i give you the primary thought processes I have hade with this,
Basically the main idea would be that it’s a show that goes beyond Steven’s perspective and focuses on the perspectives of characters other than Steven, basically the show would be made out of a least five spin-off series that each takes place in separate settings from one another (kind of) and is based majorly on (though not limited by) the perspective of one character that holds some significance to Steven (one way or another) within that said setting.
If anyone has some questions about this idea feel free to ask.

I've been hoping that Steven Universe Future is the equivalent of one bigger season of Steven Universe, like around 52 11-minute segments. That would surely give enough room for plot threads old and new to be tied up.
