- Steven Universe Future is 10 episodes in yet there's been a noticeable lack of characters with appearances or voice roles. Why is this the case, why haven't we heard Bismuth, seen more of Connie or even a peep from Spinel? What about the rest of the Crystal Gems? Let's figure it out and dive in!

Sure we have the secondary Nephrites appearing fairly often in the background, but I want to make it noted that our Nephrite is the only one of them all that hasn't appeared at all yet, despite being in the intro with the ones we see often. That might say there's a chance she's being saved for a certain occasion. Let's hope for a second monster reunion.

I believe that whatever’s happening with white diamond in the intro, making her become a “villain”, will likely end up causing Steven to need to return to Homeworld, and will not only show what’s happened to Homeworld over the course of Future (which you theorized about before), and will also likely have the return of Spinell, who all also appeared in the Intro.

I really started thinking about the budget for voice acting after Little Graduation. I really thought it was weird that they were there for the whole episode without saying a single line. And in A Very Special Episode, the only uncorrupted Gem that spoke was was the Quartz.

Spinel has been one of my favorite characters and I was really upset that I haven’t seen her yet but then I realized that she, along with all the diamonds, will probably show up when we have to deal with “white pink diamond”

My problem with it is, it feels so weird! It changed so much, I know it’s supposed to be about change and stuff, but it changed SO much, plus, they like, saved the galaxy, so it’s gonna be hard making a story, cause in the old Steven Universe, there was always something going on, but it’s gonna be hard doing that now, plus the show felt, idk how to explain it, but it feels so... crowded and short, but ig there is only 10 episodes, plus volleyball and pearl, I kinda hope they don’t get together or something, it felt really weird, like the rest of the show, I just hope if they are together, or they get together, I hope they can change my mind, overall the show is fine and good

Ztrike Peridot I mean, I think spinel would try to help gems getting caught in pd’s wrath, like the diamonds.
As weird as it is, I would love to see something like Steven drifting from Connie or inadvertently pushing her away. It would help ring home that things need to change and Steven along with them.
It would gut me like a sturgeon in a caviar farm, bit it would be a very nice full circle to see Steven push everyone he loves away because the one person who needs his help most is the one he absolutely refuses to help: himself.
