Ingredients for 4 servings:
2 large potatoes
1 onion
250 g ground beef
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
100 g cheddar cheese
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
80 ml olive oil

I have a question. I don't like soy souce what can I add instead of soy sauce?
You can add worcestershire sauce or just skip it. It gives a deeper flavor but is not a required ingredient.

Better to cook the potatoes for a while before putting to the oven ..
It is possible, of course, but the taste is different. Made in this way for me are the most delicious.
