Nice house but it's too bad so many of the homes you show are so close to the neighbor houses. I can see through the neighbors window and I don't like being so close to the next door house.
There are a few communities that build on larger lots like Highland Estates. With the cost of land being so high now, developers put as many homes up that they can without making it so bad buyer don't want to buy. People are still buying them so developers are still doing it.

How much do you think that model home will go for?
That’s a good question. I made this video several months ago. The builder might have already sold it and leasing it back from the buyer.
