My buyers wheat with a high level granite and it shows. I have seen people asking a million dollars for a home with level 2 granite in it and my buyers pass on it because they don't want to go through the hassle of upgrading.

I need to ask the sales rep what the base price for the house is now. My client got got the house under contract as a build from dirt home. The base price has gone up since then.
