    I thought new leaf homes was a great builder, but after watching a few of your videos this morning, I'm sold that Perry Homes is IT!!! My next builder will be from PH.

      New Leaf is a mid level builder that has some higher end products. Perry is a step up and more expensive.

    Beautiful home. Comparing this home to kindred home baylis plan you toured, what would you recommend?

      They are both great plans if your looking for a large home. The Baylis can be done as a build on your own lot because Kindred Homes has a BYOL program. The Perry home has be be built on a lot that Perry already owns.

      Our market has gone up a lot in the past year. Im not a fan of the price increase. It's made things very difficult.
