Great question! We use a product from Spectra Composites that I refer to as High Density Bonding Putty. I can get a product number if you have a local supplier!
We are completely reconfiguring and relocating the Steering. We will reuse the good components and replace anything not up to the Captain's standards. Also building full rudder shelf very soon. Thank you for your questions!

@@vernesecustoms doing an extensive restoration project myself so I was looking for a fairing/ bonding material that stays open longer than a standard BPO hardened compound. 5 gallons should be a good amount
